We used Gordon Bonetti for our wedding florals and they came out beautifully! We had 7 bridesmaid bouquets, a bridal bouquet, and a boutonniere for the groom. Everything looked amazing! I worked with Jennifer who is such a sweetheart. Her creativity is wonderful and she even managed to honor my request to incorporate real lemons into my bridal bouquet! I recommend working with them for your special day!

Please stay away, I am embarrassed by what these people sent out.
Totally different from the website pictures and size, not the same shape, not even one colored flower.
Arrangement looked cheap and very small.
To top it all they are rude and unapologetic.
So unprofessional.
Just a terrible experience!

Received Easter flowers from Gordon Bonetti (via Teleflora’s website) for the second year in a row. The Easter floral arrangement was tastefully done and the colors were very appropriate for the season being celebrated. The choice of flowers used in the arrangement closely matched the description and photo shown on the Teleflora website with very few, if any, substitutions. Gordon Bonetti Florist delivered on time and followed my instructions. Our Easter celebration was even more enjoyable thanks to the work of this florist. I would order directly from them in the future and have no complaints about my experiences with them.

Ordered ‘designers choice’ for my mom’s birthday.. the arrangement my mother received was absolutely gorgeous! I couldn’t resist ordering another bouquet for her.
I’ve also ordered arrangements for a work event.. never disappointed!

I literally have no words. Ordered flowers for international women’s day for my boyfriend’s mom. I was so embarased when he sent me a photo or the flowers. The bouquet that came in looked NOTHING like the photo on the website. I reached out via Instagram and was told they would send a new bouquet and they did but new one came which was half the size came again looked nothing like the photo. They also took the original bouquet back which is fine but still didn’t get what was advertised. It looked like a toddler put it together. Just horrible. I will attach photos of the bouquet I ordered vs what came VS the replacement they sent. Won’t be ordering from here again.

I want to say thank you to this wonderful real florist. I was trying to send my mom flowers and I got tricked by a Google search that said family business only to find out that the flowers that I ordered were done through a telemarketer. My sister recommended this florist because she knows them personally businesswise I called told them what I wanted asked if it could be Delivered that day and they told me not a problem we will take care of you. I ordered an orchid plant for my mom and it was probably the best orchid I’ve ever seen for sale. Thank you and I will definitely only use you as a florist in the future future. this is the Wethersfield store that I used. I cannot recommend it more highly.

I want to thank Gordon Bonetti Florist for the most beautiful display of flowers for our mother Genevieve's recent funeral. We asked for specific colors and what they did was amazing. The size of the display was far beyond what I expected and there were many comments about how beautiful it was. Thank you for bringing a smile to our faces during a somber occasion.

Not professional-paid for flowers in cash than said I never did and wanted me to point out the girl who took my money. Would not even listen to me. Basically called me a liar.To the girl that took the money and kept it, if you needed it for food or rent, I am ok with that, if you just stole it, then shame on you.After 20 years of going there you would of thought John would of believed the customer oh well will never go or recommend him again, signed lost customer not that you even care, but now I feel better and yes by the way I payed the bill now twice because that’s the kind of guy I am…No stars warranted but I had to put 1

I understand Mothers Day is a busy time. However my flower arrangement arrived damaged and droopy Friday afternoon. By Saturday morning one of the three roses was dead the others in bad shape. Called the florist at 9am and a kind woman said they would call me back to arrange something. I said they don’t even have to do an arrangement- fresh cut flowers would be fine. They never called me back today. All throughout the day they never answered their phone. I’m being fair and expect the same from them. All my information was left with the woman I spoke to this morning .I have photos of the arrangement. Thank you
