Worst Dr office ever. Receptionist is rude. Birdsall is an awful Dr, very rude. She looks at you like you’re dumb. She doesn’t make you feel comfortable. They called me to ask if my dr put in a referral for something I went to months ago.

The customer service at this office is awful. Kayla had called to reschedule an appointment and was unkind, impatient and rude. Did not want to answer questions and was distracted talking to another office person.

Awful experience. Spent over two hours in total on hold. Ended up speaking to a receptionist to set up a zoom meeting but doctor/nurse never called me. This is the last thing you need when you are sick.
