I've been blessed enough to know and deal with Dawn Nieto-Mattos for over 12 years. She is the most professional agent I've ever had in over 30 years of paying insurance premiums. She is an amazing person that treats me like family. Above and beyond my expectations, that is Dawn. My first agent was Nancy Sousa and am now represented by Art Jennings. Art notifies me of any changes or upgrades to my insurance plan. He just got me a major refund as well! I have been using this insurance company for a few years now, and I had to make 1 claim. Let me tell you, it was a breeze!! With all the help from everyone, I knew I was in the right hands and I had nothing to worry about. Dealing with claims is usually stressful but Marianne was always there for me and I felt at ease, and that is a Big deal. YES, I would recommend them!!

I contacted Marianne to obtain a dwelling insurance policy for a deceased relative's condominium which was unoccupied. Marianne researched possible insurance companies and suggested an insurance company, coverage details and corresponding dollar amounts. Marianne was courteous, thoughtful and thorough in all of her communications with me. I appreciated her timely attention to my insurance needs. I had a joy working with Marianne. We were first time home buyer's, and the idea of being a home buyer was because of her she gave me the confidence of trying to pursue in getting a home and she helped us into a home and insure it also. She was patient and gives us good advice. She is very involved and gives us ideas on how the whole process works. She found us a house in a great neighborhood exactly what we were looking for. I will be recommending any one that I know that is looking to purchase a home or insurance.

A huge Thank You to Art Jennings and the staff at Insurance Associates! Art has shopped our insurance carriers meticulously over the years and recently shopped for us after I purchased a new vehicle. Art was able to cut our auto policy in HALF and knock money off our home policy as well!
