Both the teller (Enise) and personal banker (Romeo) at this location were extremely professional and helpful. It’s customer service like this that makes it so I will continue to do banking with KeyBank in the future. Please give these two a nice bonus!

Always have to wait when I come in, even off peak hours.Update:9/10 times I have a problem. At this branch. I just had to drive back to get my debit card after it wasn't given back to me at the drive through. Ridiculous.

Silas Deane highway in Wethersfield awful service through the drive-through- Was waiting In line since 11:45 AM with three cars behind me only for the teller to put the shades down at 12 o’clock that’s some poor service right there I would never recommend KeyBank to anyone

BEWARE OF HIDDEN FEES. I opened an account a few months ago with Sherry G. and get texts of random fees for withdrawing money AND THEY HAVE BEEN CHARGING $3.00 FOR A PAPER STATEMENT! AVOID THIS BANK!!!!!!!

I like Key Bank when you walk in there everybody's so helpful they make you feel important not just one person but from the tellers to management they are consistent conscientious helpful all the time very informative they listen well and they find a solution to your problems they take care of your needs KeyBank and it's people are extraordinaire it takes a few people to do extraordinary things. I was checking out banks in the area and when I walked in the service was awesome. Even though the staff seemed busy they greeted me and made me feel Welcomed. The branch manager was very friendly and offer me a opportunity to learn about the banks products. No pressure and she was very good. I'm coming back once I make my decision.

Avoid this bank at all costs! I never write reviews but I would never want anyone to experience what I went through and am still going through with this branch. I came in this branch 4 MONTHS AGO to simply close my checking account. Easy enough right? After spending over an hour at the bank and the bank manager ironically name CONnie trying to sell me all kinds of credit cards despite me insisting multiple times that I just needed to close my account, she eventually convinces me to downgrade to a lower tier account with no maintenance fees which I agree to. She tells me she will close my account and open up a hassle free checking account only for me to realize a month later she never did what she said she said she would do and I was hit with a maintenance fee. Long story short I have been back to the branch MULTIPLE times in the last 4 months being told multiple times by CONnie that my account will be closed. I was even told 3 weeks ago that my account was closed and that it would take up to two business days. I checked my account today and it is still open smh! This woman is a pathological liar and severely incompetent. I had no choice but to escalate this with corporate and no longer deal with this lady. I do not have the time to give all the details of what I had to go through over the past 4 months!

This bank is awful. I don't bank with them by choice, they purchased my loan from First Niagra Bank and since then have made it a living hell to service my account. It's been years and I just finally coerced my own account number out of them. Despite auto charging nearly 400 a month they would not provide me with the information. Not to mention their Call center is inexperienced. Contradicting themselves multiple times withing a ten minute conversation. I can promise you one thing: Bank with Key and you'll want to rip your hair out.
