Is very very important to me as a customer to thank an employee of your store. I had the privilige to have Leekel Kelley help me with a purchase of two pairs of shoes in two differnt ocasions .....now the reason I came back was because of him (not so much the shoes). He was excellent so that makes him a big part of your store that helps your store. A very clean impressive store with a great selection of shoes and very good precises . My first time and purchase a pair of shoes and I intend to go back.

the main lady who works here is SO rude. im actually shocked at how we walk in and dont even get greeted.. then when she finally talks to us its with an attitude. personally i work in customer service and i would absolutely never treat customers like that. never going here again. 5/8/24 10:35am

I have been there several times and was impressed with the customer service until my visit on 4/10/24, went to the area I always go to, shelves were empty, I asked employee if they moved the wide width shoes to different area and was told quite rudely no, they were never where I stated they were the last 3 times I was there and I was rudely told they were never there. I walked back to the back of the store found a small section which was covered with the scaffold-mobile stairs with a big garbage can in the middle of it, it was blocking the shoes and was not something I could or should move. NOONE WAS AROUND TO HELP ME, I tried waving to the 2 employees in the front of the store with no luck. I walked out without the shoes and would never go back.
