I used to like going here because my nails lasted a long time, but the last 3 experiences were the draw for me. They consistently try to upcharge so the prices are never the same. Ex. Broken nail $3 then $5, square round shape no charge, then $5, if you change from gel polish to regular polish (while getting an acrylic refill) there is a $5 charge which makes no sense. Gel polish sometimes $10 more other times $13. They cut you, them blame you for moving, i once got blamed because my nail wasn't drying fast under the led light, saying I didn't position correctly....this last time they made my nails so thin, within days two broke in the middle where they put the tips. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I had a very disappointing experience with my pedicure. The technician was distracted talking to her coworker and ended up cutting me, which was extremely painful. Because of the cut, she wasn’t able to properly finish cleaning my feet as it wouldn’t stop bleeding , and I left limping. When I spoke to the owner, she refused to adjust the price and only offered to apply more alcohol to the wound. I paid a full 35 dollars for this . While I understand accidents can happen, the lack of care and response was very unprofessional. I am still so upset . I won’t be returning.

this is the 3rd time they’ve made me wait 20 minutes before telling me they won’t be able to see me despite the fact i’ve had an appointment each and every time. unprofessional, unorganized and uncoordinated.

The lady who attended us was very nice and very well informed about nails. She gave my mom great advice on how to make her nails stronger and provided a great color for my mom.

This place is disgusting. Legit witnessed a lady bleeding from her cuticles and they were using the same tools on her as they did the next person as well as the nail polishes. I was disgusted & I couldn’t believe they did that in front of customers. I will be contacting the health department. Please do not go here, they are not sanitary and the older lady is rude and snappy.

This place actually had really good costumer service and all of the ladies were super sweet and was well cleaned inside but their menu is hidden. So when it was time for me to pay I got this dramatic total. Like almost $109 for 2 pedicures. I definitely don’t recommend because it’s a literal scam. One of the ladies was really snappy and attitude, and I didn’t really appreciate it.
