I have gone to once upon a child for around 8 years. The past year they've been giving me sooo much less in return. I brought in two pairs of like new big kids Jordans, they took those and a whole bin of my items and gave me $35. $35?? I won't be bringing my items here anymore. And the items that they sell they've priced alot higher then they've ever been. I used to buy here. But now some things you can buy new from Marshals or even Target for cheaper then their prices.

I was a buyer who had t make several trips t sell stuff. They boy take 2 small bins of clothing at a time. Then when they tel yu that yur items are ready yu have to wait until the next day to complete the transactions. The old process was better. The customer service isn’t god at all.

This has been an awesome place to keep up with my growing kids. The sales they have are worth it. I try to catch the good ones and buy gifts for too.

Absolutely disheartening on how rude one of the staff members was to me during the selling process, while the other staff member was beyond sweet and kept getting talked over by that other staff member causing a lot of confusion and an upset customer. Will definitely not be coming back to this store again due to customer service received I left beyond upset from how I was treated.

I was really impressed at how neat, clean and organized this store is! They had a great variety of items for children of all ages. The store had very clear policies about selling items and give you a helpful handout about selling for new customers, which I really appreciated. I liked that they accepted some toys, and not just clothing.

I brought in brand name, clean, and even brand new never worn clothing to sell to them; and they only offered me ~$1 per item. Didn't matter if it was a 2 piece swim trunks and shirt to winter fleece. All were prices at ~$1. I know I spent a lot more money on them than that and even with depreciation value, it worth more than that.
I don't think they their buying clothing pricing are fair or they even give thought or they even have a price chart. Please reconsider before selling your kids items to this establishment.

Yes it’s great BUT certain things are more expensive than if you get them at Marshall’s or TJmax. And they sell certain sets separately to get more money out of it… I use to shop here like 2 years ago but 1 they getting expensive and 2 they are selling certain clothes that are cheaper in other stores. They had a Marshall’s dress for 6 or 8 dollars and in Marshall’s you can get 2 dresses or sets for 6, 10, 14, 16 dollars BRAND NEW. Lol but it is a good store just think it before you buy it.

Went to this store and the entire time the staff was loudly bashing different professions. Won’t go into details but they were speaking loudly and talking poorly of several public service professions and local institutions. Inappropriate in the workplace.

I shop at once upon a child all the time but this time one of your staff members were rude when my daughter was playing with a toy on the floor with her father while I shop because my daughter is special needs . The staff member grab the toy and threw it in the bucket and made her cry. But sure didn't do that to the other little boy that was next to my daughter playing with toys as well.(Black girl with glasses ) if u don't like kids or doing your job then quit.

First time visiting the store and wow! Overall there were lots of items to pick from. I was disappointed in what they would offer as payment for consigned items. I also learned, buyer beware! I did not think to bring a screwdriver to the store nor did I test out the toys before purchasing. Like most toys I assumed batteries were not included. WRONG! I purchased 5 toys that require batteries, one of those toys was still factory sealed, the other 4 all had batteries in them. Once I got them home and went to install batteries I found out the toys were covered in battery acid! After cleaning out the toys I was able to get all but one toy to work. When I contacted the store they said they would not accept the return unless I had the sticker still. The receipt doesn't matter. The sticker got scrubbed off when I was cleaning the toy and the battery acid. Parenting is tough enough- this store makes more work than necessary. I won't be back.

OUAC sucks, they treat people like we ned the money. We don’t, we just want to use the money and buy more clothing for our 5 kids. Staff there have attitude problem. I’m never stepping foot in that place again. I won’t recommend someone there either

I walked in and was immediately greeted with soemone telling me eveything wrong with what I was bringing in (I had a tub overfilled and a bag in it). That person then proceeded to point out to me, similarly to if I was dumb, what oversized meant. My previous trip I had the same items and same configuration with no issues. I have been going to this location to consign my items and buy items for approximately 8 years and in the last 2 have been unimpressed with the customer service experience.
