My truck broke down and they had what I needed in stock. Friendly and patient counter staff. Only taking off 1 star because their system said they had a Motorcraft in stock which ended up being an inventory error (as a parts employee myself, I understand the inventory system can be wrong sometimes!)

Excellent service from Teo
I dropped my oil cap into the engine bay this morning. I called ahead and Teo had a replacement ready for me when I arrived. When I told him what happened, he offered to take a look, pulled back a panel, and was able to get it out for me.
