“Went into Silas Deane Pawn to inquire about a preowned Apple I watch. I didn’t want to spend an exorbitant amount of money on a brand new Apple Watch in case I didn’t like the feel of it on my wrist. I went into the store with a couple of items to trade as well. I asked many questions about the model of the watch, wrist bands, etc. The staff was incredibly informative and really helped me out not only with some trades but also with all the questions I had about the I watch. They assured me I could bring the watch back within a month or so if it stopped working or had any problems. I forget the kind man’s name that helped me but he was excellent and very helpful. “Has to be the best Pawn Shop around! I hit some hard times and need a few loans, I brought in some family (sentimental valued gold rings and chains, my older brother was a jeweler.) sandy checked it all out, was extremely honest and asked me if I was coming back for all the pieces, I said of course, she said I’m not going to Lie to you Tom, this is worth “A LOT” and asked me what I felt comfortable with and how much I needed. I had checked a few places before her and not one of them said that to me! She’s cut from a different cloth! Thank you so much Sandy for being honest and up front. Just felt like everyone else just wanted to give me a large sum of cash and hope I didn’t come back for the lot of my jewelry. After paying that off and getting my family’s jewelry back, I pawned a couple Snap-On torque wrenches list price over $690. She gave me a a good loan for 2 that I had, and I also picked them back up.
