Customer service is the worst. The workers are very unprofessional! I would NOT recommend shopping here NOR selling clothes here!!!
Please, I recommend going else where!! Save your time, money gas. All the above. DO NOT GO HERE.
The last 3 reviews are negative. Take this last one as a savior. We are speaking nothing but facts. Not opinions.

The girls there are always nice to me which I appreciate, but they never take any clothing and when they do they offer me a total of 2-3$.

WOW.
I have never had such a bizarre and unprofessional experience at a retail store, consignment or otherwise.
The wait time to sell clothing was extremely long (over an hour).
We drove over an hour to visit this location, as this was the closest store to our home. Because the wait time was so much longer than expected and we had our young son with us, we had to decide to return home as it was over 90 degrees outside and that is too hot to be waiting in a parking lot for any amount of time.
The associate who checked us in took my license and told me I had 24 hours to pick up my items/balance. She did not mention that my husband (who has the same last name AND ADDRESS! as me) would be unable to pick up either the balance or the remaining clothing. She actually didn't offer any information at all. We Were not given any kind of waiver, handout, or pamphlet with their policies or rules on it. When I called to ask for their assistance with this situation and explained that my husband would like to pick up our items and balance on his way home from work tomorrow, Trinity White was incredibly rude and refused to help in any way. Her first response was "There is nothing we can do to help you, that is just our policy." When I asked to speak to a member of manager she said there was not one on staff. She did not offer for a member of management to contact me when they became available.She did not give me any dates/times management would be available. She just said "no".
So basically, I drove over an hour to get my clothes stolen from me.
What a waste of time and effort. The overall snotty, unhelpful and rude attitude of the associates we interacted with overall was totally unacceptable.
If you are considering bringing your items to this location, think again. In this day and age, there are so many more fun and friendly places to find sustainable, on-trend styles. I would only recommend shopping/selling here if you are looking for people to treat you disrespectfully and rudely.

Idk how this place is still in business. I went in with two bags of clothes. I didn’t realize they had the hard bin policy, which is fine and they let me know and still let me consign my clothes. I have worked at a consignment store previously, and am very particular on the types of clothes I bring in and make sure they’re always in great shape with no stains etc. I brought in barely worn Levi’s shorts and jeans, clothing that I purchased less than a month ago that still had tags on it, and brought in a lot of free people some with tags still on it and then some misc clothing that were decent brands. I had no expectation that they would take everything. But when I came back they had only taken 3 things out of probably 20+ pieces of clothing I brought in, only giving me 9 dollars for my items. When I got home I went through my bags and it looks like they didn’t even unfold my clothes. Again, I had no expectation for them to take everything. If I walked out with even 20 dollars I would have been happy. But damn that was just a massive waste of my own time. Seriously never bring your clothes here it’s a joke

I had brought a small hamper of clothes and accessories to this location and had folded everything neatly in a specific order. They ended up taking 1 item but when I looked at the clothes the gave back, it was very obvious they only went through the top 1/3 of my clothes. So that was disappointing. I will say as a shopper of Plato’s, I always find items that I like there and enjoy that they have lots of trendy clothes to look through, the staff is typically very young but they all are kind! Just not happy with their buying system

They barely went through the bag and were just rude saying that my clothes were stained and out of style I think that's a really dumb reason to not take clothes

If I was able to, I would give this place a zero. I brought in a hug grocery bag filled with clothes. I had folded the clothes and placed them in a way that I would now if the went through the bag. Some clothes were folded in a specific way so I could tell if the clothes were opened. I did this because I saw some reviews about this place not looking through the bags and wanted to test this theory. They took the four items on top, one of which was a deep cut mini black Zara dress that had the tag on it. The girl at the counter said they don't take mature clothing, but yet you guys have mini dresses with cut outs. Then proceeds to say sometimes other locations would take some of the clothes if I wanted to try that. Like make it make sense. Four new brand name items, even with tags, for way less than $30. They also took more than an hour to pick up four items at the top. If you want to drop clothes off at this place, start folding and placing your item in a way for you to know if they looked at they. I also had name brand items at the bottom of the bag.

Great place to sell your gently used clothing instead of the consignment shops. That will take a percentage, and then make you wait for the money

I put a $50 in an envelope that said "keep me" in the bin to see how far they would look into my bin they didn't even go half way ?? everything was still folded nicely except for the top part.

Turning customers away for an hour because staff is doing inventory - I’m pretty sure opening at noon on a Sunday gives you time to do inventory early in morning!12/14/2024

Its a great store when a clearance sale is happening. The mens section is extremely small. The aisles are very tight, so not fully ADA accessible.
