The booking system is a failure we arrive on time the QR Code does not work and the code they give me does not work either then they move our appointment to 10:30 over an hour on our booked appointment

Staff was EXTREMELY welcoming, efficient and attentive to my needs. I was astonished at the excellent service. The woman who took my blood was amazing, cheerful and professional and performed a painless draw.

Very happy with the service I received at the Silas Deane Highway location. I made an appt. that a.m. on my phone. Checked in at the kiosk and only had a 15 min wait from my scheduled appt.time. The woman was professional, friendly & caring.

I recently visited Quest Diagnostics in 1080 Silas Deane Hwy, Wethersfield, CT 06109 for some lab tests. While I was there, I encountered a situation where I realized I had forgotten to bring the lab order from my doctor. I was feeling a bit flustered, but the nurse at the facility was absolutely fantastic.
She took the initiative to call my doctor's office directly and explain the situation. She was professional and courteous throughout the entire interaction. Thankfully, my doctor's office was able to fax the order over quickly, and the nurse was able to proceed with the tests without any further delay.
I was very impressed by the nurse's willingness to go the extra mile and ensure that I could still get my tests done that day. Her proactiveness and helpfulness made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. This is a prime example of excellent customer service!

If you do not have a driver license it is very hard to sign in. Had an appointment in advance, but had difficulty signing in without driver license.

I made an appointment online had a confirmation number. I clicked on the link to enter and sit down ( I was on time ),I waited 45 minutes and no one called my name. My wife tried to re-enter confirmation number and I was prompted to leave because kiosk stated I was more than 10 minutes late. We left and a gentleman saw us leaving and called my husband back in. The blood draw girl stated it was our fault we did not have a confirmation number even after my husband showed her the number I was sent when the appointment was made. The blood draw girl clearly was in error and should of made an apology.

Walk in appointment,only 3 people in front of me and I had to wait more than hour, why have walk in option if not enough employees to take care of people,bad service

This location is dangerous and highly irresponsible. A backlog of patients crammed in a too-small waiting room. 30+ minute delays after scheduling an appointment online. No way to social distance. Someone is going to get Covid, the Flu or something worse in this tiny lobby. If I could give zero stars in this review, I would. Beware this rotten company and this terrible location.

Had a very nice experience with Quest Diagnostics in Weathersfield. I was called in promptly, the technician was very nice, very professional. She caused me minimal discomfort.
I was in and out in 20 minutes.

Easily the worst place in Wethersfield, replacing normal receptionists with damn kiosks that are impossible to use.
