I have been going here for the last year and today was the worse example of “customer service” I have ever received. I had an appointment set today for gel pedicure and gel fill for 10am. After picking my color and waiting 30 minutes, I was brought back for my pedicure. The water was cool which was not a pleasant experience. The then waited another 10 mins before someone came to me. The young lady was rude, when she asked me the type of pedicure I wanted. I choose deluxe but was never given an option of scents. Once she started, she did not cut the toe nails down as I asked and the “service”, well let’s just say she would use more energy putting a stamp on an envelope then she did on my feet. There was an issue with a machine on the other side of the room. She used the same gloves that she used for my service, touched the other machine with the same gloves, then thought she would resume my service. I told her to stop because I was leaving. The lady at the front desk came over. I explained what happened. Another girl finished the polish . When I went to the front the lady told me there was no one to do my nails. I told me I had an appointment for both. She told me to come back another day. I ended up paying $65 for a half ass pedicure. Dogs at the groomers get better service. I won’t send my worse enemy to this place now, sadly a month ago I would have given 5 stars but never again. I would highly recommend going anyways else but here. I went down the street to Magic nails. No only did they take me right in but did an amazing job for less money.

The ladies here are all great! Helen the owner is so nice. My nails were a mess had a new set and a pedi so good. The salon is clean the staff is friendly and will accommodate your requests. They have all kinds of services at many price points just be sure to ask for what you want and price points ahead of time. Highly recommend them.

I've been coming here on an off for the past year. First time I also did the princess manicure and pedicure for my daughter. They were great, the customer service is always on point. If you want designs, the right side of the salon. Very clean and orderly I will keep coming back.

such a good & clean salon. every worker is professional and dedicated to their job. i just got my nails done by annie— absolutely incredible & she’s very efficient. all of these ladies are hard workers!! their prices are very appropriate and accommodating :)

Omg if I could give 10 stars I would!!!! Best experience! Got the gel hybrid? I think, $80 for full set, $45 for a fill. Annie did THE MOST AMAZING JOB. I also posted the “original inspiration” just so you can see how amazing of a job she did. She took an idea and made it an amazing piece of art, I’m so happy!!!
