Came in to ship out / return 2 separate packages. I was absolutely clueless of what to do but Cody was extremely helpful, kind, and explained everything to me and how to do it. Assured me they would package them for me. Definitely will be coming here if I need to ship anything in the future.

I wouldn't come here to send anything because, apparently, you get charged 3$ for sending them a shipping label via email. It is literally ridiculous that you are charging me 3$ to send an email to print a label. I've been to other UPS stores to return packages and was not charged 3$ to send an email.
Edit: You might as well just say 3$ for the service of printing, and on top of that, the paper used is another fee. Just to see Email on a receipt is ridiculous. My recommendation is to change Email to Service Fee. Every UPS Service Fee apparently is different. I would rather not pay 3$.

A wonderful story, all employees are very helpful and professional, knowledgeable. I only needed a notary service and they provided, educated me with a lot of information that I needed to complete what I needed!

Totally unprofessional and the sales associate was too tired to help me with my packaging needs. She offered me nothing to package up my item. She said I needed a box and sent me on my way but neglected to tell me I can buy a box there. Her excuse was she was too tired. Totally not an exception. Most of the world is to tired but yet we have to keep it up and running.

the employee asked me about my choice of shipping my package saying Amazon usually doesn’t take these bags and I said my package isn’t even going to Amazon! The nerve of these people! very irritating just to ship one package. Not everyone wants to pay for a bag.
