Made an appointment online to have passports completed for my 2 sons ~ received confirmation, Received reminder message for the appointment ~ get to this location and told that the person who can do this for us is not working today. Really!?!! Both parents have to be present so we literally scheduled our entire day around this appointment ~ get your stuff together here please ~ I’m not sure why I’m so surprised with the way everything else works in the government ~ ridiculous. Lesson= CALL FIRST AND MAKE SURE THE PERSON WHO CAN HELP YOU IS ACTUALLY WORKING THAT DAY 🙄🙄🙄

The post office is fair but they usually only have one person working and you are in a line forever. Mail delivery is also a problem. The mail person puts the mail anywhere except in the mailbox.

A joke of a business & prime example of why the post office is failing. There's only ever one person working & there is always a line. So there are still people coming here, I can't imagine a reason to have it chronically understaffed.
Elderly patrons left multiple times because they weren't able to wait.

Both employees were very rude and didn’t answer my questions around getting a passport during walk in hours. Both people working 8/29/24 at about 9am. I will never return back here for any services and instead will go to Newington.

Typically efficient, and I'm able to get in & out in a reasonable amount of time.
Once in a while, they have fewer staff and if you happen to walk in at the same time as a bunch of others the wait can be longer. However, you can't plan for this.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at this post office. The red head with the glasses is so damn rude. I needed a couple pieces of tape that she had right in front of her and she said I had to pay for it ? Really for two pieces of tape you want to charge me ? Absolutely terrible. She was even being rude to her co-worker that was asking her about his printer. I get it people have bad days but why take it out on others. I only come here cause of the convenience but not anymore I’ll just drive to another one.

Mail delivery is fine but as far as packages being handled by some of your postal worker are nothing to brag about I have on video one of your handler throwing my package on the sets it was a solid object 5pds my steps are slate if that would of cracked my step repairs would coming out of your pocket !!!!

Rude employee gave me an issue when it came to putting tape on a shipping label…go to any other location the employees here are very rude. UPS in Wethersfield are always so helpful and very kind I would recommend going there instead.

Debbie at this post office is amazing. I didn’t receive a very important package. She was able to not only track down the package but have the carrier deliver it to my home after hours. Everyone should be as courteous, conscientious, and diligent as she is.

Tried to do change of address for a package that had been sent, rude employee gave very vague responses where this is done, what services were offered at the Wethersfield office, would not even tell me what city she was referring to, then got all perturbed when I didn't know what she was talking about. People with zero social and thinking skills don't need to be working for the post office.

Our check was dropped off here for a local Wethersfield PO box and was stolen from here. Local police state that it is a common occurrence. Don't go here, don't drop mail here, just stay away.

I love this branch everyone is polite and fast. Thank you Ellen for helping me and everyone before me with excellent costumer service. You went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed in our visit.
