Decided to come on here and give this Walgreens 5 stars because of what I witnessed the staff dealing with this morning. It wasn’t even 9am and there was a man yelling at the manager because he perceived a staff member was rude to him the other day. He demanded she “do something about it or I’m going to go to corporate.” The manager was so polite with him and he was being an absolutely vile human being towards her. If an employee was rude to him, I can only imagine why, he seems like such a joy to be around ? I just want to say that corporations should not be tolerating this behavior from customers. I wish the manager had the ability to kick the customer out for his hostile behavior but from what I know having worked in retail, she would’ve been chastised for that. Consumers: do better!!! How dare you speak to other people that way?! I was appalled and sad for them.

The associate named Hatice was so kind and friendly. I was returning something and she answered all my questions nicely and handled the issues with no problems. She is great at customer service with a smiling face!! Will be coming back soon!

Horrible experience with the store manger and another employee. A mix of unprofessional and rude. They weren't able to do their job and instead of trying to solve that and apologize for wasting my time, they were very rude and just tried to get us to pay extra for something we didn't need. Done with this place.

Friday November 10th, I sssume the manager a short black female locked the doors early and was letting customers out, but not inside. Typical lazy employees trying to go home early like every other cvs/Walgreens within 50 miles of Hartford. Hire new people idiots.

Doctor called in a prescription at 1pm. Arrived at the pharmacy at 6:15pm (sonit would be ready) and waited 20 minutes to even be waited on.I was then told to come back as the pharmacy still needed to fill the prescription. I waited and then Walked in to pick up my prescription only to find out they didn't have it in stock.Now Im sitting here as they frantically try to locate the medication...... and I have been instructed to basically just drive to Manchester in hope that they have the medication because they can't get anyone on the phone.This is absolutely 100% unacceptable

Pharmacy staff are extremely inefficient and rude... It can take days to fill a prescription. The pickup lines are long and the staff is slow. Customer care is not at the forefront of what they do. The General Manager of this store should take action. I will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere.

It's not a bad Walgreens - it was reasonably well stocked, had some lovely holiday selections. The cashiers were attentive to the volume of the line and opened a second register. I, holding ice cream, appreciated that. The in and out is okay, just be careful driving past the main strip mall if you need to go left. They WILL pull out in front of you. There's a bit of trash in the parking lot as well.

This place is so severely understaffed and overworked I feel bad for the employees.The wait times are far too long in store and the prescription wait times for doc call ins are far too long. Time to switch to a locally owned family pharmacy!Still at this horrible pharmacy. Went to walk in very sick today and they never filled my prescription. I was put on hold for 17 minutes and then they disconnected me. I called back and they don't even answer. Horrible customer service on 8/29/22 kept calling and they never answer.

The pharmacy here in Wethersfield CT is awful. I had prescriptions called in around 4 pm and called at 6:20 to see if they were ready. They had me on hold for 17 minutes, it kept saying only 1 caller ahead of me. They picked up ( a women) and she said please hold and put me in hold again. WTAF?! it is now 7 pm and they are closed and I have to suffer with symptoms all night due to incompetent employees who shouldn't work in a pharmacy if they can't handle the job.
