I was really embarrassed by a customer service clerk when I tried to buy two babyback ribs using their digital coupon. Their system took the coupon for one and charged the other for regular price while the digital coupon had a limit for four on Saturday. When cashier asked a middle aged customer service associate to help. The lady came to scream at me that she saw me bought four on Friday. I said no way because I was caught up at work on Friday. However she kept yelling at me for several times and insisted that I buy the other one at regular price. This is not the first time. A few weeks ago, when I bought ground beef using a digital coupon, their system did not take it so I went to customer service desk for help. There was a young man between 25 and 28 years old. He gave me fifty cents off while the coupon was one dollar per pound less. And there was another time another lady declined for the digital coupon. Because multiple people were acting in the same manner , I suspected that the store manager could have instructed them to do so. We do things buy honor when there is an honor system. It was disappointing when a supermarket treats customers like this. This store is located at 1380 Berlin Pike in Wethersfield. Just remind people to be aware of. (Jordan lane at Berlin Turnpike location) Very friendly employees. They know who the regulars are and great them as such. Anytime I've had a question they have always gone out of their way to help even if it means walking around with me to find something.

This particular Stop and Shop has the nicest employees. The cashiers, the deli folks, etc... Very friendly place! Well stocked, clean, etc..

I just went to pick up a few things. No Bags. I'm so sick and tired of this horse shite with these stores. Grow a set and stand up to the commies. Bring back the bags and suck it up. Part of doing business.

Don't usually go to Stop and Shop but needed a few things in a hurry. I arrived to find all of the workers were on strike with a few sitting out front in lawn chairs blocking the entrance as they heckled incoming customers. The store was still open and you could use the automatic check out lane and I have to say it was the best shopping experience I've ever had here. I hope Stop and Shop embraces this as their new business model because they could do with a few more self check out lanes and a lot less obnoxious employees. I will be a repeat customer so long as they stay on strike, best service I've ever had!

The cheapest stop & shop by far!!! The staff are helpful, they have a wide variety and the cashiers are always fast!!
