Found myself being cut off by a tanker truck, weaving through traffic while doing 60 in a 45. When I called the company to report this incident, rather than listen I was informed the truck in front of me didn’t exist. The license plate was AE53361 and it had a diamond warning label that said 1996.

DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! PERFECTLY WORKING BOILER HAD TEMPERING VALVE REPLACED AND NOW THE WHOLE UNIT IS NOT FUNCTIONAL AND THEY SAID TO “CALL THE PEOPLE WHO PREVIOUSLY SERVICED IT 6 MONTHS AGO ITS THEIR FAULT” VERY RUDE STAFF

Reliable, knowledgeable. Prices aren’t the lowest in the area. Techs get the job basic done but aren’t particularly helpful or friendly.

Do not work with this company. They wasted my time. I asked for a quote on a system. They told me they would get back to me within two weeks. I called after the two weeks and they would not give me any information. They asked if they could come and look at my system again to get a better idea. I allowed it. They asked for 10 days to get me the final quote. I called after 9 days asking for a quote. I was told they would call back. I never received a call. I called two days later. The office person told me the person who works on the quotes would call me back ASAP. I never received a call. I continuously asked for any idea of a number or even the type of machine they were thinking if. The person working on the quote told me they could not give me any numbers or even a machine type. They are not reliable, late to appointments, and do not respond. Do not work with this company. I would not want to rely on them for heating oil for fear of running out in the middle of winter without a delivery due to their ineptitude.

I buy my heating oil from them and they service my burner yearly. They just replaced my 35 year old oil tank and did a great job at a very reasonable price! THANKS GUYS!
