“I have been going here for over 10 years. All the associates along with the pharmacist are professional and so personable. I've gotten phone calls directly from them when an issue would come up regarding my medications. They would do all in there power to help, calling other pharmacies if they run out of something, dig to see if there are any refills left when I run out or the doctor has yet to put in an order. Over all, they are a group of excellent people and an wouldn't switch for anything! Thank you for all your awesome work, guys.”
“I changed my pharmacy to Big Y from C.V.S about 2 years ago. I'm so grateful I did. The staff go above and beyond to help an issues that come up. Whether it be getting ahold of insurance companies, getting pre-authorizations from doctors, side effect info, or questions about generics. The staff is always so friendly and get to know you. Also very knowledgeable about any question I've ever had. I highly recommend switching to them!!”

“I went to the colchester walgreens to try to retrieve some money that wasn't picked up from Western Union. I got to the store and asked the girl if she could help me with the Western Union. She had no clue what I was talking about. So she sent me to the closing supervisor who had no clue either and didn't care if she had a clue or not. So I decided to go to the willimantic store when I got there, I was greeted by a man named Ryan and e. SM employee and he knew everything that I needed to do. He helped me all through the process. As he could in between customers, let me tell you this guy was fantastic. He answered all my needs. And he treated me like family. Thank you, Ryan, my faith in Walgreens is now been back where it should be, just remember management people, upper management customer service pays your salary. Thank you, Ryan, again, he treated me like family. I live in hebron , and I always will do business at willimantic walgreens.”
