I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Spectrum Internet. Despite their promises, the service was consistently unreliable, with frequent outages and painfully slow speeds that made it impossible to get anything done.
To make matters worse, their customer service is absolutely terrible. Every time I called to report an issue, I was met with long wait times, unhelpful representatives, and a complete lack of urgency to resolve my problems. It felt like nobody there cared about their customers' concerns.
When I finally had enough and decided to cancel the service, I was shocked to learn that they wouldn't provide any refund for the remaining period of my contract. They only offered a credit if I stayed with their service, which was the last thing I wanted to do after such a poor experience. It's clear to me that Spectrum prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Spectrum Internet to anyone. Their subpar service, coupled with atrocious customer support, makes them a company to avoid at all costs.

Had a horrific experience with their internet and xumo television I had at least eight technicians try to resolve the problem I had. They replaced the Zumo box 5 times. I would still have to reset the Box almost every day.. sometimes twice a day. many times it would have to call and have them reboot the system . The TV remote control is horrific. Every time I paid the bill would be more money. Completely relieved that I no longer have Spectrum.

We went to get new phones and Jasmine helped us transfer and buy 3 new iPhones. Jasmine was very pleasant and patient. She made sure we were 100 % comfortable with or new tech before we left the store. I really, really appreciated her!!!! Thank you Jasmine.

Sky high prices and the wifi service goes down on speed after 2 am every night I will be Visiting the store today to replace equipment and discuss pricingbim paying over 200.00 a month for garbage

What a wonderful experience at the Spectrum Willimantic, CT store. I was dreading returning cable and internet equipment and also adding a phone line to a mobile account. I expected it to take a good part of my day. I was pleasanty surprised. First it was so easy to make an appointment online. I arrived at my appointed time and was called upon within 5 minutes. My Store Specialist, Jasmine Rivard, was so helpful. She was professional, knowlegeable and so pleasant. She walked me through the process of returning the equipment and adding the mobile line. My appointment was completed in 20 minutes! Well done, Jasmine and Spectrum Willimantic.

I am not one to write reviews. If I could give my experience 0 stars I would. Jasmine was extremely rude and unprofessional. We came into the store to just drop off an item, there was a line of over 6 people waiting. We waited for over half an hour, then finally asked two employees standing at their desks, talking and laughing together, if we could just drop off the item. Jasmine said “I mean I could help you but I was busy” in a very condescending and argumentative tone. Both of the employees then took customers after being called out. If you don’t know how to speak to people, don’t work in customer service. Absolutely ridiculous service, would not recommend to anyone. Do better.
Edit: Thanks for apologizing for the wait but that was clearly not the biggest problem, it was how rude and unprofessional your employee was.

They where charging me for router I never had for my service .when I canceled they would not refund charges for router wifi fees .then for canceling 4 day after new month they don't even pro rate they want full months service .terrible company would never have again
