This is a Corporate store that has very limited power.Unable to resolve my issues. Suggested to do it on line or phone. After getting through to a representative I was on transferred to another line and held for 32 minutes till I gave up. This happened twice second time for 38m.Finally seeing another customer bringing the receiver box in because of the same buffering problem and I was told to switch out my box.I expected a lot more from Spectrum ?

I'm trying to cancel service with this company, and now they say I have two more cable boxes to return before I can get out of the contract! I have only had one TV since I signed up. When I asked how can I return equipment I don't have, they said they can only go by what their computer says. If I want to dispute this further, I need to call up the chain of command at Spectrum. AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY PLAY GAMES LIKE THIS.

I sign up for Spectrum internet service that was $49.99 a month for 3 Years. Before signing the contract, I reconfirmed with the store associate that it was $49.99 a month for three years. Now, at the beginning of the third year, Spectrum Internet raises their monthly bill to $64.99 a month. I called their billing Dept and they are saying that my $49.99 is ending, charges went up, and go read your contract. I believe that Spectrum is practicing deception and entrapment and is unethical business practice. Also, I have no way of getting out of my contract. Definitely going to another cable Internet carrier. Plenty out there. I place an official compliant with the FCC, FTC and BBB. Big company like these should be fine heavy for fraud.

If there's other options, choose others. My name was wrong spelled after it was updated in the store by being provided my ID with correct name on it. It doesn't make any sense. The customer, me, would have to go to the store for at least once to correct it. If there's hate crime??

I went in to pick up my spectrum modem and they were very kind and helpful. Usually I overlook common customer service interactions but this place stood out positively. Thank you for fast internet!

Spectrum allowed my (former) alcoholic roommate to disconnect my WiFi simply because he lied to one of their employees. Spectrum called me and asked if I wanted it disconnected, I said no because I still have a lease there, and they disconnected me anyway without notifying me after the fact. Plus they hooked up an account for people who owe me money for old WiFi bills they refused to pay. Worst company in the United States. Avoid at all costs if you value your rights as a consumer and/or the privacy and security of your personal and financial information.

We swapped four phone plans from Verizon to Spectrum, tonight. Andrew was the gentleman that took care of us during the migration to process. He did a superb job. If Andrew isn’t the manager, he should be .

It was awful. Apparently you can't pay your mobile bill in the store. I find that highly stupid. It says right on the spectrum app that you CAN pay in the store. I'm sick and tired of this company. They want your money NOW but oh no not at the store. See ya later.

I have one choice for Internet and they know it. Somehow it's monopoly on my street. My signal constantly goes out yet my rate has basically doubled. I did some math and figured I was owed at least $1,000 from lost service over the years. I was essentially laughed at and offered $20 off my next bill. Then they didn't even happen.
