“Last week,I was victim of a fraud on my debit card. I called FCB and they hot carded my debit card.
The next day I went to my branch in Georgetown and Brendan helped me get a new card. When he wasn’t quite sure of how to do one thing,he called for help and quickly got me updated and with a new card. After my fraud charge went through,I went in and Ronald filled out the paperwork to get me reimbursed. Everyone at FCB is very helpful and I strongly recommend doing business with a local bank.”
