Wallace LOVES B&B Inn! And so do we. Friendly, accommodating, and loving. Everything you need in a doggy daycare!

Nothing short of a doggy 5 star experience!!! Raz and Maria are incredibly accommodating and when the dog sitters open the gate to greet the dogs, they know each one by name. A few days ago we woke up in bed in the morning as usual: me, my husband and our border collie/shepard mix, Casey. When we said, “Do you want to go play with the puppies at Bone and Bark?” she flew off the bed, raced to the door and ran around in circles until she could get into the car. Each time we pick her up, she’s happy and thoroughly exhausted, no better combination for an active, snuggly pup! We wouldn’t consider leaving Casey anywhere else! Lisa and Alan (Fairfield, CT)

Visited family in CT from out of state over the Thanksgiving holiday. This facility was able to accommodate boarding for my pup during our stay. Unfortunately, even before arriving, I notified the owner that I was billed twice the amount that I was quoted. Didn't think it was a huge deal bc it only required a simple electronic credit of half the charge. Wellll... after several requests and promises that a credit would be processed it became obvious that I was not receiving a credit. I finally gave up and had to take the time to submit documentation - including multiple text msg exchanges with B+B - to my credit card company to dispute the charge. My credit union eventually processed a chargeback against B+B that was finalized in mid Feb. (3 months later). I got my money back (no interest though), with lots of unexpected work on my part. I live 12 hrs away so couldn't just return to the kennel to get my refund. I'm fortunate and glad that I used a credit card as payment. Otherwise, I would have had no recourse. All businesses that require payment by clients in a timely manner are responsible for ensuring someone also is available to correct billing errors and make refunds in a timely manner. Don't settle - know that you have this option when needed! Aside from the money issue, I picked up my pup very early so we could get on the road. When I asked how it went, I just got a quick comment that he did fine and the other dogs were wary at first bc he was new. Got to our 1st rest area stop and noticed a scratch on his nose, blood stained fur on one paw and a cut between the toes of that paw. Nothing critical or that needed more than neosporin, but I sure would have appreciated a more thorough report card for a 3 night stay.

Our dog got bit on his nose while he was there. There was also recently a dog that escaped from them and is now missing...

A family friend boarded Piper their sweet dog there. While under their care Piper got out and went missing for 3 hours crossing over route seven Thank goodness the outcome was good and thank goodness for all the wilton peeps who helped!! They claimed Piper dug a hole under the fence!! Piper has never dug a hole in her entire life!! They are careless and this is unacceptable!! We used them years ago to walk our dogs and they never showed up said they were too busy!! Meanwhile we were away!! DO NOT use them they are awful!! You trust these people with your precious animals and this is what happens!!

We boarded our lab Poppy there while we were away for 8 days. They were great and reasonably priced. We'd board there again for sure.

We have boarded our Lucy at B&B several times. She loves it there and Maria and Raz and their staff are great. She's been moping around ever since we picked her up two days ago because she misses her doggie friends. Lucy loves staying at B&B and we are so happy to leave her at a place where she is safe and well taken care of. Would highly recommend B&B Inn.

I highly recommend Bone and Bark Inn. We have taking our dog there for years. The new location is fabulous. My dog loves going there as they cater to his "personality" - he likes to sit in the sun and watch the other dogs play! We are very comfortable boarding him there as they are very detail oriented and give him the love and attention he so loves. They allow us to bring his pillow when he boards so he has something from home. Staff is friendly and helpful. You and your dog will love the Inn!!

Unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience with B&B. We left our dogs here for four nights and received one of my dog’s collars destroyed. They also lost a flee collar and dog bone that I left for my avid chewer of a puppy. Aside from the items that were lost, it took me three weeks of chasing the owners to get an answer on why my dog’s collar was ruined as their staff had no idea when I picked up my dogs. I was very disturbed when I received the collar in that condition. I was eventually told my dog was playing with another dog who slipped off the collar and I guess chewed it up… Never has my dog had his collar removed while playing… sounds like there was an overall lack of supervision.I was also told my dogs were separated and staying in another room, which leads me to believe there was a conflict of some sort. Something happened while they were there and I’m not getting the full answer or really any at all…It’s one thing for an accident to happen while you’re away and for the staff to let you know upon pick up, that’s the responsible and honest thing to do. But it’s another when you’re being avoided when asking questions about what happened….

We began using Bone and Bark when we rescued our second dog. We found that with our old boarding place they did not have patience for dogs with the challenges that come along with being a rescue. Maria, Faz and the entire staff are so dedicated to all dogs in their care. They have worked with our rescue and accommodated his needs to help him socialize and become a much more confident dog. We use both the day care and boarding services and highly recommend.

DO NOT BOARD HERE!!!!! My friend had her precious dog board here and it came home sick. Went to vet and turn out her baby has a parasite. There wasn't any notice or concerns when they were picked up. Very unprofessional, and every other week they are moving the dogs from one location to another. Picked her up from a different building.

Don't put your dog to a kennel. If you can't take care of it during the day, don't get a dog. If you need a boarding, look for something else. Our dog was here for a week during Christmas. They didn't use her bed (returned clean and unused). She must have been constantly wet and cold. She smelled like a homeless person. She became sick and it took $5,000 and almost 2 months to make her healthy. If you want a stressed and sick dog, put it here.

Our small dog loves it here! She always comes home happy and tired. We feel comfortable leaving her for long weekends, because the staff are so caring and kind.

Make sure you keep track of the number of days your pups are there and how much your credit card is charged. Scheduling and accounting need a lot of help. Run like a kids lemonade stand...just put the money in the jar, answer the text when you want, charge them twice..I think ?? Best of luck BABI, it's not as if you don't have any competition!
