I bought a used jeep Cherokee 2016.. on September 14th had couple of issues so I took it to the ce department from Nissan ,met Diane the service advisor and she was fantastic she took care of my concerns and also when the part came in and was installed I noticed that was the wrong rim..I talked to her and she made sure that we got the correct one.Am very Happy with her service as she was professional n friendly and they love my dog that goes with me everywhere.Again thanks Diane for the outstanding service.

STAY AWAY! This dealership relys on lying and bait and switch listing. went to buy a new car that was listed and that i confirmed 6 times had 8 miles. even being told they checked it physically and then told me again. get there and this NEW car has 92 miles! was told it was never test driven even though it was completely filthy. The salesman had the nerve to lie further and tell me a manager drove the car from another state to there putting 80 mikes on it??? thats absolutely insulting! any dealership would freight ship a car before piling miles on a brand new car. have bought several new cars and had great experiences and then I tried this dealership and they are every bad stereotype of selling cars you could think of. They clearly have a habit of doing this as the reviews show. I would trust nothing from this place and am gonna encourage everyone I know to also stay absolutely clear of this con show. if this is the state of there new cars i cannot even imagine how there used cars are being sold or the lying thats attached to it. There is good nissan dealerships out there but this location is by far the worst with no regard in lying and trying to pressure people after wasting there time. dont pay attention to how good they make something sound they will disappoint you and you will regret giving them a chance or ANY of your time.

I cannot even begin to express my disappointment.In my lifetime I have probably owned 15 Nissans. The past three from Bruce Bennett. I've never felt more taken advantage of. I went to the dealership and was 100% honest about what I wanted to leave down and what I wanted my monthly payment to be.I understand the price of cars has gone up considerably ( what I paid and what I got is disgusting )My one request was after the paperwork is all said and done. Please don't stick me in the room with the man or woman who asks you for even more money. I want a final price.I live on a budget. This is what I can afford. What happens????? I go into the room with the lady and all of a sudden the monthly lease payment is now $50 more than what I was promised. I start to walk out of the dealership and oh no oh no we found some sort of coupon. OK....fine I'll still go ahead with it. I knew at that point something was very wrong. I should have walked.The day I pick up the car (once they had my money) They couldn't even be bothered to show me the car. They gave me a BRAND NEW car with a horn that was not working.You'll never know how truly dangerous it is to drive a car without a horn until it happens. I had to make two more trips in order to have it replaced.Now not even TWO months in to leasing this car and the bottom bumper (with no damage no scrapes no nothing) has started to pull away and looks like it needs to be snapped back in. Once again I have to take time off from my job to go to the dealership.Thank God for the people in the service department. They have been nothing but wonderful, I cannot say the same for the sales department. I will never buy or lease another car from this dealership again. If anything else goes wrong with this BRAND NEW car, I will be calling the Better Business Bureau.

The lease on my parent’s Nissan Rogue was up and their long time salesman at another dealer had passed away. They don’t like car shopping and decided they were just going to buy their lease out. I did some research about other dealers and found that Bruce Bennet Nissan wasn’t too far from them and was highly rated. We took a drive down together and met with a saleswoman named Chris Brown. Come to find out she’s been there nearly 30 years. She was excellent, professional and knowledgeable. After we went over why we were there and how finding a new dealership and salesperson was scary she introduced us to the GM Jonathan Callahan and he went over all of our concerns and made the process easier than we could have imagined. We finished our paperwork with the finance manager Khadija and took home the new vehicle, all within a few short hours. I highly recommend the team at Bruce Bennet Nissan and sincerely thank Chris, Jonathan, and Khadija for their help and professionalism.

If you are looking to buy or lease a car, then you need to visit this dealership & you will get complete honest answers to any questions, along with the best offers around. Mark & Johnathan are totally dedicated to customer service & are fully experienced at every level. Out of all the dealerships that i have previously used, i have to say, that this one is the best. I encountered a great experience and my wife drove away in a brand new car.

After reading a similar review I can confirm that they seem to only want to sell you a new car and list used cars to lure you in. I called ahead asking about a specific car that was listed that I wanted to come take a look at. Upon arriving they asked what kinds of cars I was looking for. I mentioned the specific car and the salesman kept asking questions eventually offering to bring out an SUV for me when the car I was looking for was a sedan. He told me the car I had called a few hours ago about had sold within the last hour. Then when I selected a different used car after waiting 45 minutes I was told the used cars were blocked in by a recent delivery and while we waited he would show me some new cars. All lies.

I have bought 2 cars from Nissan and leased 2. I have never had a problem with them until my second lease. The car was a trade from the old lease to the new one. I began on new lease on the 2nd of this month and on the 6th they charged my card a payment of my old lease. Not only did they not advise me about my payment, the finance department has not returned my calls the day of the amount. It has been 3 days now and I have no answer on why this occur, and when I tried calling at different times and days; they always said they are too busy to speak with me. When I called corporate to see what can be done to get my money back, they said I would get it back in 21 days. I would not recommend leasing With Nissan because they are unprofessional and unresponsive to their customers.

Buyer beware...read fine print carefully! There is a $4,000 charge for being a certified used car. You have no option but pay this if the vehicle is certified. Of course, this is right at the end, and they do not tell you that the fee is so high in the fine print. This is in addition to their $700 dealer adm. fee. Total rip-off...advertise reasonable prices to get a favorable Carfax/KBB price rating to get you in the door then push these ridiculous fees on you. Highly deceptive!

I had a great experience with the New Manager Jonathan he took very good care of me and the situation I was in two weeks ago. I wont go in to detail about what had happened at the service department but I will say Jonathan took awesome care of me. He rectified everything and I will make sure to always say great things about this dealership and his whole crew in the sales department. John Sosa was another person I want to give a shout out to! He couldn't of been nicer and more communicative. Thank you fellas!

I just walked out of the Bruce Bennett dealership after being a loyal customer for 16 years. They told me that the dealership ripped me off for $25k and that happened from previous staff that was fired 6 months ago and there was nothing they can do. What a racket and I will be getting my lawyer involved. The representative told me I would be better off driving the car into the lake or making it disappear. Stay away!

I've purchased my last 3 cars from this dealership. Great service and very accommodating to the customer's needs. Kyle was our recent sales man, he was amazing and patient as we explored and test drove all our options to make the best choice. We are very happy with our new pathfinder.

It was my first time leasing a car on my own. The staff was extremely welcoming and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. We worked directly with Erby who was able to walk me through the process and explain everything to me in detail while I found my perfect fit. I completed my financial paperwork with Yari and she was able to simplify in detail all of the financial responsibilities that come with leasing a car so that there would be no surprises and we were able to find the right plan for me. The entire staff work together extremely well to make the process as easy as possible. I highly recommend working with this team to find the perfect car for you or a loved one

went in to lease a second vehicle in less than a week with Rion and the manager Mo and they doubled the fees we agreed to when we put the deposit for the car down. I asked Mo how this was possible and he started giving us an attitude and telling us he could sell this car tomorrow and he wouldn't do anything for us. Avoid these snakes at all cost. we will be returning the first car we leased a couple of days ago. Absolutely disgusting sales tactics.
