“Palace Rugs has an incredible selection of beautiful, fine-quality rugs, and their service is always exceptional. They truly have something for every style, but what makes them especially unique is their custom order capability! If you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for, they can make it for you. Beautiful quality, endless options, and wonderful service. Highly recommend!”
“Even though I live in town I contacted Redi-Cut through their website. The following day a rep Shirley got back to me and we made an appointment. Shirley asked me to bring photos of our space. Shirley was so easy to work with. She was a great listener, friendly, had great ideas and was super knowledgeable! The wide selection of carpets at Redi-Cut is wonderful but could be overwhelming. Shirley helped us narrow down our choices. We took samples home, made our decision. Max came to measure. He answered questions, provided additional guidance which was so helpful!
Can’t say enough about the professional, friendly service! A great experience! Can’t wait for the carpet to be installed.”
“Jim and the Kaoud team took amazing care to clean, repair and restore our rugs. They came out amazing and we are so grateful. Not only did they deliver quality work, but they were extremely collaborative, responsive and the work was more than fairly priced. We will continue to be loyal customers.”
“Stress-free and FUN experience. Sue & James are SO helpful.
Priced to sell. Experience to win you back time and time again!
Highly recommend.”
“Westport Carpets and Rugs is an amazing find and we can’t believe it took us 15 years living in Westport to discover them! We just purchased 2 rugs for our kitchen and family room after viewing over 20 options that would fit our rooms the best. Service and attention to client needs is exceptional from initial showroom view and selection to the actual delivery, and the quality of the carpets is exceptional. Key example of above and beyond service is they took one of our older rugs and cleaned/ serviced/ new pad, and now perfect again. Westport Carpets and Rugs is our go to for all carpet needs going forward. Thank you! Paul and Karen DeDomenico”
“I had a great experience with Ridgefield carpet. I came in looking for a large area rug on an a budget and they helped me find the perfect style to match my existing furniture. The installers did a fantastic job as well. Very pleased and I highly recommend them.”

“We originally purchased an area rug from Kaoud and the experience was A+, so when we wanted to put down runners on our staircase we returned. Everything about the experience was exceptional. Communication was top notch, the carpet is great quality, the installation looks amazing and the crew was efficient. Not to mention pricing was fair.”
