I’d rather kick rocks in sandals before I do business with chase again, it must be hard working at the worst branch of the worst bank. The staff lacks knowledge and make up answers to dismiss customers. “They change everyday” isn’t a viable answer for any issue. You’d think they’d be nice with what they lack in banking literacy…. Nope! You’re better off keeping your money in a shoe box and hiring a chimp to dispense it when needed. Seriously if we could give negative stars they’d be at a calm -3.7/-5. At least they have lollipops

I don’t give it a zero star cuz I really can’t but if I could I would. I came to get a withdrawal without my chase card because I forgot it home. I live really far away it was an emergency. I had my phone with me my identifications and they still didn’t want to help me. Unfortunately I had to go through this but In my life I’m never coming to this bank again.

Stopped in here to use the drive thru atm. Service was fast. The only problem was the customers path goes right in front of the drive thru which could be dangerous because it may be hard to see a person walking out because the building blocks them, other than that good location!

Worst management ever. I have been banking with chase over 10 years. I always come in and request counter checks when I need them. Even when they started charging for them, tellers would always wave the $2 fee for me as a courtesy cause I have over 10 accounts with them, business and personal. The lady said I can't do that, and I explained that they always wave the fees for me, she replied “do you want them or not?†Are you kidding me?? This is why these locations are closing. Can't even provide a little customer service. Guess that's why banks are dying.

BEST IN CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE. A special thank you to Chris who has always gone above and beyond for both my business checking and my personal accounts. The branch also has an easy access drive thru ATM. Good stuff!

Probably the best bank I've ever been to. Professional and clean. A bit small of a building and not an easy walk-up ATM (it's out front, but you need to park out back). I will be sticking with these guys as my main bank.

These retards closed my account, and than showed even less respect when their reason was "we don't have to tell you, or give you any proof that a mistake was made". Chase Bank must be employing clowns that are discriminating against people at random. Their compliance "team" is a joke. Probably run by all the interns that are trying to impress their bosses with as many account closures they can muster up.
