Nice facility with fully enclosed drive through-great for inclement weather. Could have pallet jacks available for those having goods on pallets.

The staff at Cubesmart in Wilton is excellent. They have very polite, professional and helpful people working here and in my opinion it's the cleanest, safest and best storage facility in Fairfield County.

I wish I could leave zero stars. They sell you insurance that covers weather but not water related. I ended up having the insurance my unit was flooded and I lost a lifetime of my stuff. They were the most unreasonable people ever. No compensation with their insurance and then I asked can you atleast credit me for a few months free since of this loss no compassion. I ended up having to get another locker half the size now due to the extreme loss and am being so heavily charged. I can’t wait to get my stuff out but steer clear of CubeSmart it’s overpriced and a scam. Really it’s been a nightmare.
They wouldn’t help for anything.

The experience was very good. Smooth transaction. Todd was very helpful. The location is very convenient. The place looked clean. I wish they had a dumpster, but it’s ok.
So far everything looks good.

We rented a space at CubeSmart when my beloved 93 yo MIL needed to move to assisted living. When we realized (and she was the decision maker) that this was permanent, Todd at The Wilton CT CubeSmart, was so helpful in finding us a smaller unit in close proximity to our original unit.
Elder care can be stressful and I a truly appreciate the ease of dealing with CubeSmart. Everything is explained in advance and the staff are super helpful.

Super friendly and helpful customer service rep. Sent me to the website where I was able to get a storage locker and then get the access code that allowed me to enter and store all my stuff the same day. Flawless.
