The CVS in Wilton provides a retail experience that is generally viewed positively, with a clean store and helpful, friendly staff who offer good customer service. Many find it a well-run local pharmacy with a small-town feel, where employees go above and beyond and are a pleasure to speak with. The store manages to carry most necessities despite not being the largest location. However, the pharmacy receives mixed feedback. While some customers report courteous, kind, and efficient service despite occasional waits, others find it unreliable. Criticisms include periodic, unexpected closures during posted hours, such as for lunch or when the pharmacist walks out, leading to frustration. There are noted issues with communication, such as not notifying customers about prescription problems, which can create a difficult back-and-forth process and force patients to transfer prescriptions elsewhere. Some recommend avoiding the pharmacy entirely, while others appreciate the dedicated team.
Usually I have good experiences here with the pharmacy running smoothly most of the time. However, when I most recently went, the person at pharmacy was rude, condescending, and sarcastic. I was already having an issue obtaining my prescription and the disrespect on top of it was shocking.

Hometown CVS. Has actually improved over the years. Well done.

The laziest people ive ever seen. Prescriptions outstanding for months and they refuse to transfer it to other stores. Another time they were missing a code on a prescription and refused to call the doctor. My doctor has made the comment ive never heard of a lazier place than this store.
