We drove 62 miles to look at a 2020 equinox used and they knew we were coming since 930 that morning. They showed us the car and my jaw almost hit the ground. It was loaded with bird droppings and tons of leaves all over it and the inside smelled like 30 year old cigars. The next car they showed us,i think it was a trax, the passenger side was all smashed in. I never in my life expected this from a dealer. Inside, employees were playing ping pong. No one for 6 hours couldnt have washed that car off? Are you kidding?? I thought i was on candid camera. You guys should pay me 30 bucks in gas money for driving there for nothing !! This is the worst dealership i have ever seen in my life.

Rating is specific to service department. Car needed repairs post accident, our service agent was non-responsive, absent and had no initiative. Only time I got any action was when i walked in and confronted them. Wasted 2 weeks dealing with them before I had car moved to another shop. Head of department was responsive once engaged but the desk worker was a waste of space and tine.

I stopped by for a part for my car and the detailing expert, Frank, was so helpful with an issue I had with the car. He went above and beyond in helping me and I look forward to returning to have my car detailed by him. I so appreciate his effort on my behalf.

Mark and Eric are really terrific - explaining all repair options relating to an old (2001) chevy minivan that is still running well. The mechanics' work is impeccable.

very pleasant experience every time I go. I've always dealt with Mark, he is genuinely one of the best advisors there. He is very honest, ethical and does the right thing by the client. He gives you the best recommendation as if it was his own car. Great Service!

Best purchase and trade-in I've experienced. This team made the process so simple. Herbie and Carmine went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless and communication was excellent. Definitely recommend this dealership and look forward to working with them for service.

I've used them for a lo g time without any problem until now. Truck needed regular oil change maintenance. Set up appointment no problem. Got to dealer dropped off car. They called me couple hrs later telling me that truck needed something done that it was done last service. Plus they wanted to charge me for maintenance which I had pay already on my Chevy maintenance plan I purchased when I bought it. Talked to manager he said he'll find out what's happening and get back to me asap. 2 days already and still waiting. I'll keep you post with updates about this......

Cheats. They will charge you for parts you don't need at very high rates. I provided all the pets needed for a job and they told me I needed $1700 in more pets that did. It need to be replace. No plan to sue them. My brother took his truck here and they wanted $2000 to fix it. It was and unknown problem. The decided to take it to Midas in FAIRFIELD. They fixed it in 15 minutes and did. It charge anything. This dealer will quote you for parts you don't need that won't fix the problem. Then what go back to them. Avoid avoid avoid at all cost. Anywhere is better for service.

Five years ago [July 2013] I was in the process of buying a new truck and trading one in against the sales price. My brother-in-law worked for GM at the time and as a result we received fixed "family" pricing...so it all came down to the trade-in allowance each of the dealers was willing to give me for my 2005 Chevy Avalanche. I visited four dealerships in Fairfield County and the Wilton dealership was only willing to give me $6,500 on the trade while the other three were all above $9K [which was what the Blue Book trade-in value on it was..I eventually got $9,500 from Karl Chevy in New Canaan]. When I asked the sales manager in Wilton why they were so much lower than the others he said "Hey, what do you want? You're already getting thousands off because of your family discount. I'm not contributing any more than that...if the other dealerships are willing to give you more than you should go ahead and buy from them!" I walked out of there thinking I would never set foot in the place again... Fast forward to last week and my wife had an issue with the brakes on her 2011 Buick Enclave. We live in Fairfield and have both had several terrible experiences with Maritime Motors service department over the years so without consulting me she took it to Wilton. The repair was expensive [$1,500] and this car has been a money pit so she was very upset and frustrated...but she left the Devon dealership feeling like at least they [Service Consultant, Kevin Mulcahy] genuinely cared. Last night another light came on in the money pit indicating an unrelated ["service battery system"] problem and so, based on how my wife felt last week, I decided to work remotely and take the car back to Wilton myself and ask for Kevin. Everything my wife said about him was completely accurate. The new alternator and battery cost us another $1,000 [this car truly is a heap], but Kevin fit me in immediately and did the job in the three hours he said it would take...and like my wife I walked out feeling like he at least cared about our pain and suffering with this car. While I have always had good luck with my Chevy trucks, we are now $6,500-plus into repairs in the 2011 Buick Enclave in the three years it has been out of warranty...and the odometer hasn't even hit 57K miles yet! Between that fact and the treatment I received on their sales floor five years ago, I will probably never buy a vehicle from Devon Chevy Buick. But from a service perspective I have never had a better experience at a dealership. I wonder if their General Manager realizes what he has in Kevin? If I could give five stars to the service department [only] I would.

Great experience buying a pre-owned buick with Jim at Devan Chevy-Bucik. Would highly recommend for new or used sales. Was in a pretty bad crash that totaled my 2016 Buick encore. Went in to look at some similar low mileage 2015's and 2016's but was still waiting on the insurance check and trying to decide if I still wanted the same make/model car as before. Jim was very patient and helpful, understood that I wasn't ready to make the decision or put the money down until things were sorted out with my insurance and was NOT PUSHY, which I have rarely experienced at other car dealerships. After test driving and looking at comparable pre-owned vehicles at Toyota, Ford, VW and Hyundai I decided that all I really wanted was my Buick back. When I was ready to commit, the whole team at Devan made the process as seamless as it could be-- considering I was getting a car with an Illinois license and registration I would not say it was 'smooth sailing', but the team at Devan took care of everything from temporary transit plates to the out of state taxes and registration process. Great experience overall.
