I have been going to Illumination Salon for several years, and I am very happy with the way Carline does my hair. I can’t even imagine letting someone else cut my hair. Carline is very skilled and makes my hair look beautiful every time.

I needed a VERY last minute root touch-up on my birthday and Carline made it happen!! I'd never been to her salon before but she was just as glad as I was that things worked out and had an amazing conversation. I can't wait to get something done to my hair by her again!!

Carline, the lovely owner of Illumination and corrective colorist, did a beyond amazing job! I had come to her after going to a different salon that utterly fried my hair and I left her chair feeling like a brand-new woman! She took the time to really work with me and help me feel comfortable during my sessions there. She went above and beyond and cared so much to ensure that I didn't look like a hot mess for the holidays! I can't wait to continue my sessions there! She is a true Goddess!!

I had put off getting my hair cut and colored for 5 Months. “It’s Covid, I’m trying to stay safe, and why spend the money.” But, two days ago I woke up and decided I desperately need some TLC. I just wanted a wash and blow dry. Decided to check out iIllumination Salon. I walked in and was instantly welcomed by this kind voice, then the pretty face.

I love this salon I came to Carline with a green tint to my blonde highlighted hair and a not so great hair cut I left the salon on cloud nine later I had her cut my long hair short and just love it

I passed by this salon every day for several years, and finally decided to try it--now I'm so happy I did! Love Illumination and the owner Carline! She is a very knowledgeable stylist who takes the time to understand her clients and cater to their aesthetic needs in a practical manner. I have lived in Connecticut for 6 plus years and never found the right salon for me until I went to Illumination Salon and found Carline!!! She is literally a hair genius. She listened to exactly what I wanted and I got the best haircut and color that I've gotten in a LONG time!!!! I have found my go to salon! She also has the best energy and makes you feel so comfortable!!
