2nd time I have purchased with KLM Performance. First I want to thank the customer service rep. for their help identifying the correct filter numbers for my engine. Then I could not believe when the package arrived, it took 3 days to get my entire order. It was this huge box, well to my surprise I had 5 different parts I ordered all packaged in 1 box with protective layers securing everything neatly in place. So tired of Amazon shipping me a huge box for a single small item. In any event, thank you KLM, I will be back.

First time buying thru these guys and I’ve ordered a lot of parts in fact just finished a lt4 heads cam package and never have I seen items taken out of the original box and folded to fit into a shipping box these are fuel filters could easily gotten crushed during shipping…. All to save a couple dollars….

I originally ordered the upgraded steering linkage from KLM on 8/8/2024 and received an order confirmation email. I then received an email on 8/9/2024 that my order was cancelled due to a shipping error. I reordered again on 8/22/2024 with 3-5 day shipping. My order was not delivered until 9/5/2024 because they were waiting for a lock but. Not sure how you have a product “in stock and ready to ship” when it’s not. I had rented a car for a week, had to extend my rental and they are refusing to refund my shipping costs. Bad business practice and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will never do business with them again and HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you need a part in a timely manner, look elsewhere, because you won’t get it from KLM.

Ordered a trans filter and pan kit for Mopar OEM on my Eco diesel. I specifically requested they make sure that all magnets were in place before shipping since I keep getting them missing magnets or just with broken magnets and they still sent me one missing the 4th magnet! Then they want me to pay the return shipping and they want me to give them a 20% restocking fee for returning a non usable part they sent me! I will be contacting their corporate office first thing in the morning as well. Do not waste your time or money on these people!
Funny how the last 2 pans filter kits I purchased straight from the dealer have all 4 in all 4 slots manufactured specifically for that. If your descriptions have to clarify that your missing parts of the part then you need to consider a new vendor yourself. It’s ok I purchased a magnet to replace it. You did your part, I did mine, it is what it is. Thank you.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Incredibly rude on the phone. Ordered a part from the web page matching the description and photo of what I needed. Got sent the wrong part entirely. Called to adress the issue and got one of the rudest people I’ve ever spoken to. He even raised his voice at my wife over the phone accusing her of cursing at him which is not true. Bottom line folks don’t do business with these people they are rude and not helpful at all.

Do not bother. Goto any other site these people will sell you something then give you the run around. If you want your vehicle down for an extra 2 weeks shop here

Paid extra to ship UPS, was sent via USPS instead. They also shipped to the wrong address. Both times I called the guy was extremely rude. Go somewhere else and save yourself a lot of trouble and time trying to get what you ordered. The guy claimed no company in 2024 will ship to an address that is different than the credit card billing address. WOW!
