So I met with Mark to discuss replacing the rear bumper on my new truck after backing into a bollard and creating a huge bend in it.He suggests letting him take a shot at fixing it up for $100.When he was done looked almost like new and he wanted only $60.I walked in there prepared to spend $1500.So mark saved me $1440.Who’s better than North Wilton Auto Collision?Nobody

Fantastic experience with North Wilton Auto Collision today. My grandma was visiting from out of town, and a buck hit her car on Route 7. Luckily she was okay and was able to drive her car to North Wilton Auto Collision. For no charge, I believe it was Mark who inspected her car to confirm it was safe for her to drive home. He also tried to remove part of the dent on the spot and a little plastic piece that was rubbing against the wheel. He would not accept a gratuity from my grandma. What an outstanding gentleman and establishment. Thank you for your kindness!

Mark was incapable or didn’t want to give an estimate. He never returned phone calls. I lost a weeks time, until I went to another shop.
