Purchased a shirt in July on sale. Not knowing it could not be exchanged. Found a small tear in the shirt went back the next day with my receipt and was told there was no returns or exchanges. Funny though a women in front of me with no receipt was able to exchange her merchandise. This is why small business' fail!
