Natalie is amazing! I’ve been seeing her for about a year now and she is so knowledgeable and friendly. She listens to my concerns about my hair and makes the right recommendations based on my skin tones & environmental factors. My hair health has improved significantly since I’ve started seeing her!
She even started cutting my teenage son’s long, curly unruly hair and gave him a style that was on trend and exactly what he was looking for!
The salon’s prices are a little high but you get what you pay for. You want beautiful hair, excellent service in an upscale salon, this is the place to go. It’s worth every penny.

There is nothing wrong with the salon. It’s in a rather rundown area of route seven where most of the stores are abandoned. Philip is a lovely man and the salon is clean and bright. Prices are high. I think for blunt cuts or basic services it’s fine. But if you’re looking for something modern, textured, Edgy or tousled this is not really the place to go. Only went there three times but within days I could do nothing with my hair. There was nothing edgy or modern about it.

10/10 Couldn’t be happier with my experiences at Philips Salon!!! Natalie has been doing my hair for over 2 years now and is such an AMAZING stylist. She is fun, knowledgeable and talented. I’m loving my color and thrilled with the health she has restored to my previously dry, damaged hair.

Absolutely love Natalie!! She has been my stylist for 2 years now I found her when I moved to Norwalk and I could not be happier. She maintains my blonde beautifully and is always so sweet and accommodating. I would recommend her to anyone she is honestly the best stylist I’ve ever had.

Jaime is the bomb! I Love my hair always. She has awesome ideas and is so sweet and very honest. Such a skilled talented professional. Feel lucky I stumbled onto her. Will never go anywhere else other then Philips Salon! Truly 5 star quality and service.

My family and I have been seeing Jaime for almost 10 years. She’s fabulous. From haircuts, special occasion styles, color, keratin and well water treatments, she does it all. She’s easy to communicate with, personable and flexible. I’d never go anywhere else!

Philip Salon has great people and fun and comfortable energy. I also love the setting being near the running water and beautiful trees.

After my long-time stylist felt he could no longer help with my gray hair transition, I was unsure where to turn. Navigating the shift to gray was daunting, and I wasn’t even sure I wanted to go fully gray! Thankfully, I found Natalie, and I couldn’t be happier.

Natalie really took her time to both understand what I wanted with regard to color and cut and to execute it. She is super friendly and professional, and my expectations were far exceeded! The salon is six chairs, so it's not overwhelmingly buzzy, and you don't feel like you're on an assembly line. Yet the quality of work is top notch! I think I've found my new place! :)
