Another great experience at the Wilton Splash today! The staff are always super friendly and they take great care of our new car. Gustavo and Blanca helped me on this visit and were complete professionals. I highly recommend this location given the service we consistently receive.

Splash at Wilton broke not 1 but 2 tire valve stems off my car during a wash and popped wheel trim off the car, only offered to refund the wash!! Will NEVER use this company ever again.Service: Auto detailing

I am a big fan of Splash Car Wash in Wilton! They do a great job keeping my car looking great, and work quickly so it doesn’t take a lot of time. The employees are very nice, and many have been there for years, so it’s always nice to see a friendly face! They also run many specials on detailing, so it’s affordable when I want a deeper clean.Services: Scratch removal

Wilson just did an oil change for our son’s first car. Third car we’ve had serviced here. We do all our oil changes and car washes here. Fast, reliable and easy. Wilson does awesome detail work as well! Highly recommendServices: Auto detailing

Splash is the best place ever! The staff couldn’t be more friendly. I enjoy coming weekly!! My only issue, I wish they would take more time wiping off the rims. I pay extra for that and I always have to go home a finish them off better.Service: Auto detailing

Love my car wash! We use several of their locations, but Wilton is the BEST! Thorough, efficient, cheerful. Our two year old white car still looks new thanks to you. Waiting area is comfortable and the retail area has cards and gifts as well as auto-related sundries for one stop shopping.

Splash has a great detailing team. I won't take my cars anywhere else. They are pricey but in this case you get what you pay for. I understand their labor costs are much higher than other car washes due to the hand wash, but for the detailing I do a few times a year I use them exclusively.

Be careful and double check what services they have added on the barcode!! I waited to pay and was shocked when they charged me $127 for a detailing job. They added services I didn't ask for and when I complained, they said the services had already been done. They charged me $40 for cleaning seats (which I did not ask to be done) and another $40 for carpet washing which I was under the impression was part of the Super Interior package. Complete rip-off, will never come back.

I change the oil in my car here for years but unfortunately the service has dropped a lot. It is the second time I change oil and there is no printer to give me the receipt and information about the service. They don't communicate and don't care when you ask. I will look for a new place to do this service. I no longer recommend this establishment.

Oil change on a Sunday morning…took over an hour. Maybe because it’s a weekend but that’s a long time for a place that promotes themselves as 10 min oil change. Also, high extra charges for filter cartridge and extra oil since my car takes more than 5 quarts. Will not return.

I would not recommend. Not a thorough clean, even if you get “The Works”. Find somewhere else if you want a good car wash.
