Very rude customer service. I have lived in Wilton since I was born and the customer service here every time I have gone has been extremely disappointing. No service with a smile. I went there today to do a return and the package was open and I just needed to scan the QR code and leave like usual. The lady at the front was very dismissive and was telling me she couldn’t do it because she needed the bag closed and that I’d have to buy tape there or tape it myself at home and I wanted to get out of there so I offered to leave and do it at home then she finally said she could tape it for me and she angrily made me hold the package closed for her and was bossing me around the whole time which is embarrassing for a customer. Left there not wanting to go back again, like usual.

This post office is awful. I was yelled by the “manager”, a woman with a weird fake voice and zero consumer service, for asking why my package was sent back. She refused to give me a refund even though I’m entitled to it because it says so on their website. I had to go somewhere else to get my money back. So crazy that people like her, with zero empathy and costumer service, somehow can’t be fired because of that’s how government jobs work. I never had an issue in the past at any location, just this one. I’ve seen her in the past doing the passports and most of the bad reviews are about her. Unbelievable!

Wasted over 30 minutes, waiting for passport services and they still didn’t show.
We have always had a great experience but something changed there. We were told that the passport lady will be right out and after 30mins past our appointment time she was still a no show so we left.

A 1 star review because of Crystals poor customer service.I received notification that my package was physically at this post office and was ready for pickup.I called the post office and Crystal answered the phone. I informed Crystal about my package and asked her if she could check on it and confirm the package was there.Crystal had a response for everything I said because she refused to physically check on the package.She “assured” me the package was at the post office. No matter how many times I tried to tell her I experienced issues in the past, she refused to assist me.Well, take a good guess, my package was not there when I arrived!I waited around 15 minutes and was finally told a carrier who usually works out of Bethel took my package on the route.Disclosure: our mail and packages are usually delivered by a private contractor to our company not by a usps carrier.Crystal had me waste my time coming to the post office that day, almost had me late for work, unable to grab something on the go, and was in desperate need of a restroom!People like Crystal are the very worst in their lack of care and laziness towards the public!

I went to get my son his first passport. Unfortunately the experience was not very positive. The person who "helped" us seemed not have any clue of what she was doing. I had to correct her several times and she ended up having to call someone else over the phone to be sure of what she was doing. I guess she was new in her role but still I believe she should have received a better training before dealing with the public.

This was my first time going to the Wilton post office since moving here and I had a pleasant experience. Kevin, the USPS employee who helped me, was kind and professional. I noticed that they have a self service kiosk but I didn't use it but definitely good to know. The post office in Wilton is very nice and right in the town center. I would recommend this post office to anyone living in Wilton or surrounding areas. Giving them five out of five stars.

Arrivant de france depuis 3 semaines a Wilton avec beaucoups de démarches a faire, je ne suis tombée que sur des personnes très serviables et même adorable. Ces compliments ne s'applique malheureusement pas à la poste de Wilton ou ils n'ont fait aucun effort et nous on dit de partir malgré notre courtoisie.Le côté service de leur profession et un ratage total. Nous avons obtenu notre document auprès d'une personne charmante qui met du ❤️ à son travail à Norwalk.

This post office constantly misdelivers mail and when you call to let them know a very nasty manager there by the name of Kim tries to make excuses for their extreme incompetence. Kim should be fired. She is not manager material and shouldn't be running anything. This post office is consistently poor. Go elsewhere. Glad moving out if this town

NO stars!! We just returned from two week trip. We put a hold on mail to be delivered yesterday. I have a confirmation from the hold mail. No mail yet and when I try to track it on the USPS web site I get a message they can't find the number. Several months ago this same post office lost a check I was to get! I mailed something from the local post office and sent it two day express. It arrived THREE WEEKS later! Ever tried to file a claim on their web site?? IMPOSSIBLE!!

You folks giving more than one star have obviously never been to another post office. This place has a well deserved and long time reputation of being slow, dirty, beat up and unfriendly. Absolutely the worst post office I have ever frequented. I will drive out of my way to go to the little post office in the back of the convenience store on 123 in Norwalk. Whoever runs this PO should have been fired a loooooong time ago. Even the carriers who stop by my mail box are not really friendly. Trump was right, cut these people to the bone. Fat pensions, lifetime benefits and they can't work with a smile? No wonder they lose money in a torrent. Awful awful awful.

Wilton's letter carriers and desk clerks are friendly and helpful and reliable. I don't know why people post negative reviews about one-time experiences, but here I am to say that I've been here dozens of times and I always leave with a smile.
