Fantastic storage facility for personal items and businesses. Easily the nicest storage facility I've used. Every staff member is extremely friendly and helpful. The building and storage units are always spotless, the building is always properly heated/cooled, and there's always plenty of moving carts to use. They also have a great discount program for non-profits.

First time using a storage facility and have been very impressed by the Wilton location. Ended up needing 2 small units for a couple of months while moving house and having had to visit the location a few times the staff have always been great. The last couple of times Liz has been there and she has helped me with questions I had about emptying my units and terminating the service. The location is always very clean and seems very well run.

Clear terms. Excellently maintained facility. Thorough, courteous and professional staff. Reasonable rates that have not gone up recently. Has been a go-to resource for both short term and multi-year storage needs.

Westy's self storage is awesome. The people that work for westy's storage you would think you were in a high-class hotel. They are so neat. They are so respectful. They are so nice. I wouldn't believe of going anywhere else, but westie storage westies is a great place to visit and westie's will always do you right. If you have a problem they'll take care of it. If there's something wrong with your unit which there never is, they will take care of it. I believe in westies and I give him 150% approval rating westy's in Wilton Connecticut the best

We have Twice arrived at Westies with the wrong key. Jessica was very accommodating in getting us access, including contacting our son, the owner of the unit, in Chicago, cutting off the lock, and providing a new lock at a reasonable price. But more than anything, she was calm and reassuring. Our family has used this location for over 10 years. It is always a pleasant experience, even when challenging.

Super nice, super clean, and staff (specifically Lindi) were super helpful every time I was there making it quick and easy. It’s crazy to be touting the service of a place that simply provided me a 10x5 box to store stuff but it really made a difference.

It's not often these days that a service or product or staff meet/beat your expectations, let alone beat them by a mile...but I have had such great experiences at Westy's in Wilton CT that I have to sing their praises. The facility is always impeccable; clean and bright and safe. The staff is helpful, empathetic and always willing to go the extra mile for you. I hear/read reviews that complain about Westy's price, and all I can say is "you get what you pay for", and what you get is an amazing experience that is well worth the price.

I have used various Westy locations. All were great but the Wilton one is superior! The facility is clean and cared for well. The staff, in particular Linda Durocher and Liz Romeo, are beyond helpful and efficient. It has been nothing but a pleasure to use this storage place! Thank you.

This is a clean, well-maintained, easily accessible and rarely really busy facility with a very friendly, professional staff. I would give it a five star rating for all of that. The 4 star rating is because it is a bit expensive relative to other facilities and I can't choose 4.5 stars.
