12/9/2022 12/9/2022 ~2:10 pm I went to the Wilton Wheels, 386 Danbury Road, Wilton, CT 06897. I went to Pump 6 to get gas. I inserted my debit card and entered my pin per request. The screen changed and asked for my pin a 2nd time which I entered. I put the pump in the gas tank but the lever wouldn't pump gas. I squeezed lever a couple times but there was no pressure (no gas being pumped). I put the lever away. The screen without me asking showed "see clerk for receipt". I went in to the clerk and informed her of the situation. She informed me that there was in fact a receipt for 37 cents. I took the receipt and was about to go to another pump. Before so I asked her to report the issue to the manager or owner. She stated that she would not because there was no issue with the pump. I then asked for the manager's name so I could report the issue directly. She said the managers not here and would not give me the name. I asked for her name but she just looked at me and said no. I left with out able to report the incident with the pump nor the follow up incident with the clerk. Since I was unable to receive a name, I figured I would share the description of the clerk ... she was a young (maybe early 20's) female with brown skin. I'm hoping that the manager/owner could reach out to me.
