Rushed to pharmacy after work to get my medication: it was finally filled today after being out of stock. I took my last pill this morning so I need it for tomorrow morning long before they open. I arrive at 6:58 and the pharmacy was locked up and cash drawer out already at 6:59. The lady was rude as hell didn’t look at me or say sorry and said we close at 7 with attitude, I show her the time and say it’s 6:59 and ur already all locked up so you obviously closed way before 7 since it’s still not even 7 . Now I need to go to another location another 20min away and wait for them to make my order (hopefully they can). Super inconvenient, if they could just be open the actual hours they are supposed to be open I’d have my prescriptions that I neeed. This is a pharmacy not some random shop you can close early if there’s no customers. People rely on medications and I was last minute, yes but I was on time. Not acceptable.

I went to pick up a prescription for my wife that cvs said was ready by text to her, as it turns out it was a prescription for someone else. I tried to return it but was told no by the rude counter worker and the lazy woman pharmacist who wouldn't even get off her seat to come down to talk to me . This is the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. They are super slow and incompetent.They don't even deserve 1 star. If you want great service go to the Walmart pharmacy in Torrington !

Several times in the past couple months I have had pharmacy staff announce to the rest of the customers in line what medications I am picking up. There was no effort made to keep it confidential. Very unprofessional. Also have received notification on my phone that there are meds ready for pickup and I get there and I am told they are not ready.

I have always had excellent service at this pharmacy. I've never had an employee be unfriendly and they're always there to answer any questions I have. My meds are always filled on time and very rarely do I run into an out of stock issue. My only complaint would be trying to speak to a pharmacist over the phone is an utter complete nightmare. CVS makes you jump through every hoop before you can get to the prompt to say "speak with pharmacist." But the overall service you get at the drive thru or counter is worth it. Thank you CVS Winsted CT staff.

We have got to say that this is the worst drugstore that we’ve ever had to deal with when we have been out of town. I fell in crack some ribs and needed some 6 inch wrap for comfort. When they tried to ring up what my husband found in the store, it wouldn’t scan.she went and asked the manager and she grabbed them right out of her hands and said we don’t sell those and walked away not even asking what it’s for. It’s the closest drugstore to my son’s house so we put up. It’s the closest drugstore to my sons house so we put up. That store is junk. It’s trashed and crowded and there is not one person that works there that is helpful. Happy New Year’s CVS.

They’re horrible at picking up at the phone the wait time is ridiculous and pharmacy always late on filling scripts another 20 mins then another 30 mins it’s always something

The girl at the counter in the pharmacy wasn't pleasant with customers. Didn't say thank you to anyone picking up a script. As I walked out I said wow she's not pleasant and another staff member heard me. She said what happened and I told her that the girl working at the pharmacy counter isn't friendly, the employee apologized. At least she was friendly.

Went to pick up a script and the pharmacy wasn't busy. Came home to find they messed up my script. Called and was on hold for over 15 mins and not one person picked up the phone. Will be changing pharmacies.
