“Had an antique Tiffany lamp and very large board shipped to florida. Was so worried about the lamp. The packaging was so well done. Everything came in perfect. The delivery was faster than expected. I would highly recommend this place!!!”

“Recently designed a poster which I needed quickly for an event and having it printed at Staples was affordable and efficient, with a lovely end product. My only recommendation is that the store provide more help in the printing department as every time I use it the sales associates are super busy and need to juggle multiple people and issues. They do it capably and efficiently, however, but you should go in their and be prepared to wait!”

“My favorite and preferred post office to use. All three workers there are nice and funny. They greet me by name and ask how everything is going- every time. Sometimes it gets hectic but they handle it with ease. I oftentimes arrive with several large bags of packages that need to be scanned in and they take the time to do each one. Never had any issues or complaints. Will return always :)”
“This postal office is generally pretty busy.
The customer service here is very good. I don't know why there aren't more employees up front when the line is long. But even the postmaster will come and help on some occasions.
They offer passport services here. And they have post office boxes for those who need them.
The next closest post offices are in Litchfield and Harwinton. Both are about 7 to 8 mile's away.”

“Staff is super friendly and helpful. Not sure why the staff that drop off mail can't see the address correctly and keep dropping us off mail for a different address. Please make sure staff know the difference because a Main St and North or South Main.”
