“This postal office is generally pretty busy.
The customer service here is very good. I don't know why there aren't more employees up front when the line is long. But even the postmaster will come and help on some occasions.
They offer passport services here. And they have post office boxes for those who need them.
The next closest post offices are in Litchfield and Harwinton. Both are about 7 to 8 mile's away.”

“Staff is super friendly and helpful. Not sure why the staff that drop off mail can't see the address correctly and keep dropping us off mail for a different address. Please make sure staff know the difference because a Main St and North or South Main.”
