Worst restaurant ever. There an entire Isle of raw meat, nothing was cooked. Terrible menu, no one greeted us or seated us. We walked around aimlessly waiting to be seated. Nothing here is made fresh, there were endless isle's of frozen prepared food. Couldn't even buy beer past 9pm.....what kinda bar is this. Bring back IGA.

Please fix this store... everyone goes out of town to do their shopping because the produce/meats are not fresh and the selection is lacking. I would love to shop local but every time I try to give it another try I leave disappointed and without everything I needed. If you fixed it up you could gain back a lot of customers and the money they are currently spending elsewhere.

Stop & Shop Winsted CT 7/18/2024 3rd New Stop & Shop I Visited This Year I Don't Get Why It's So Hated As It Gets A 3.6 The Store Was Clean As Far As Im Concerned But Again That's The Reason Why I Gave It 5 Stars.

Poorly organized. Hard to find things. Graham crackers are not in the " crackers" aisle, they are at the other end of the store in "seasonal". ( Grahm crackers are a Memorial Day treat?). When an employee was asked for help she at first ignored us, then provided incorrect location. Another shopper directed us to them.

Worst of the worst Stop and Shop stores! Employees all have bad attitudes. Produce is not fresh. Meat is shipped in from who knows where. Maintenance of the facility is bad. Shelf stockings during business hours is a pain for customers! Manager should be fired!

How this place has 3 stars is beyond me. It’s the worst groceey store I've ever been to. Never stocked, empty shelves, dingy, crowded, never enough cashier Lanes open amd the self checkout machines are outdated and obnoxious. I hate going in here and only go in severe emergency.

I went to your store to purchase a rotisserie chicken at 5 p.m. and guess what, nothing, not even the turkey one. I'm very disappointed.

I love this Stop and Shop! The staff is friendly and very helpful and never mind if my sister and I are complete goofballs! And it needs to be said the pharmacy is the best!

A Good Store in Winsted, CT. There used to be an IGA, probably closed about 10 years ago. Used to go there sometimes. Would rather go shopping in Torrington, but if I don't have time I can get what I need here for the most part.
