Moving is a stressful and chaotic event for everyone. Therefore, as a moving company part of your job is to make the move as easy as possible for your customers. We did not have this experience.First red flag is that our moving blanket order hadn’t been processed. Thankfully my husband had called a week before to ask for more than we originally ordered.We arrived a day and a half before our moving day to pick up the uhaul truck and moving blankets. We were told THAT DAY they weren’t approved by uhaul for moving blankets, so we had to call around other uhaul locations to find them. I’m sorry, what?!?! First, You couldn’t have been bothered to call us long BEFORE we arrived to pick up the truck?! People pick up the uhaul a day or two before they have to move, you should NEVER drop that bomb on people! EVER! Second, My husband found moving blankets at a location 40 minutes from us and had to drive there himself, when uhaul employees should have done this.All they had to do was call us when they weren’t approved for the blankets and all of this added stress for us could’ve been avoided. But I guess we are just another customer to them.

I was just over charged by 300 miles over 2 weeks after the truck was returned. I called to complain just to get sent to the 1800 number. So I contacted them to find out that the dealer in winsted on Rowley street over charged me. WITHOUT my permission after I already paid the initial fee. So I tried calling back after finding out YOU GUYS messed up to tell you about it so it doesn't keep happening and either no one answered or I was hung up on obviously cause you saw the same phone number. But it's fine I've filed a complaint if I do not get my $$ back I'll be taking you to court FOR STEALING MY MONEY

Had an appointment scheduled today for pickup. confirmed with them on Saturday. we went to pickup the truck today and the place is closed. poor customer service.

Dont rely on them having the appropriate amount of moving blankets to rent along with your truck. Now we have to shrink wrap everything in a 3000 sq ft house to prevent furniture damage.

Great place to do business. Rented a truck and trailer. Very clean and had no problems. They also have lots of fishing gear and guns. Staff was very nice to talk to.
