Biggins Auto Repair LLC is the best auto repair shop in town and by far the best garage. The staff are super kind, very friendly, courteous, honest, and respectful people who treat you like family. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and top of the line fantastic technicians. The service is fast, friendly, and very reasonably priced. They make it clear they are only charging for what you need, trying to get the best deal on parts to keep costs down, and there is no pressure for add-on services. This is a one of a kind shop. They protect you, are with you each step of the way, and are highly recommended for anyone looking for an honest and reliable shop.
Completed my timing belt replacement with no issues, in a timely manner. I’m very happy with their work. every time I bring my cars in, I know they’ll be done right. The final price was accurate, fair, and slightly lower than what I was quoted. definitely would recommend to a friend.

Great experience both times using them. Very fair pricing and they worked with me to get my vehicle back on the road safely and within my budget. Both times they were able to get me an appointment very quickly and had the work done fast too. Highly recommend using them.

I have been going to Greg since moving up to CT 10 years ago and he has always taken great care of my vehicles. He is certainly a master of his craft and treats his customers like family.
