Tell me what's the point of checking my receipt when I have one item (bread) in my hand. No cart, what are you so determined to look at my receipt and circle the number one. Clown at the door wants to stop me and swear at me. Get a real job buddy. What a joke.

We have been shopping at BJ's for over 25 years. Always has what we're looking for. Some of the individual stores have even ordered some things that they didn't carry but we were looking for.

In the intense week before Christmas, my first BJ's Tire experience in years was excellent. I went in to check on my online order, had my information wrong, and Eric helped me out with professionalism and patience I haven't seen in years. A couple days later, I got a call from Adam, who told me the tires I ordered didn't fit my rims. Again, Adam was incredibly patient and helpful, despite my being an annoying customer in several ways. A huge thank you and much respect to the whole BJ's Tire Center crew.

I have been a club member for awhile. Today I stopped in to check on an item. I did not see it so upon leaving and the woman who was checking the receipts asked me to unzip my jacket. She said they have been having problems. The only thing in my jacket was my winter hat.

In this age of COVID19, I do NOT feel safe in this store. No disinfection wipes at the door to wipe down your cart, and no one to monitor how many enter or to deny entry to those not wearing a mask. Employees were stocking shelves with their mask around their neck, standing among customers. That does no good at all. 3 women customers were freely walking around with no masks on. When I asked the manager about it, I was told he would not ask them to leave. He said He would deal with it, but when I asked how, he said he could not tell me. His mask was only covering his mouth, NOT his nose. He refused to confront the women and said they probably had a medical excuse. ALL 3 OF THEM?? Upon leaving the store I noticed the only hand sanitizer station in the store was empty! If you want to shop SAFELY at a wholesale club, do NOT shop at B's. Try COSTCO. They care about their customers.

Luis was exceptionally personable and helpful. He explained each step, and described in detail what he did to diagnose and fix the tire, and showed the tire to me. Provided recommendations based on current tire / tread condition. Realistic with time frame to diagnose, and then to repair. This was a stressful day for me that got turned around very quickly with his demeanor, helpfulness, & efficiency. I will absolutely recommend services and will return when work needed. Very grateful and impressed.

This is a review of the tire shop. I popped a fire and was looking for someone to replace them as soon as possible. They were able to get me in next day and had my tires in stock. I was pumped. I made the appointment for 9am and was told I would be in and out in 45 mins and that would have left me plenty of time to get to work on time. It's 10:30am and my car is the only one here. Still on the lift and literally no tires or wheels on it. There seems to only be one employee here and he keeps having to stop what he's doing to speak with anyone who comes in. They were straight forward in terms of what was good for my car and I got a great price but I'm supremely annoyed by how long this is taking. Why would you have one person working?

They are not on the same page I tried to get my tires changed her to a different set of rims last yearThey didn't know problem they charge me $36 I was like wow that's a great deal this year I called back to do the same thing being a BJ memberI figure this is the best deal in town but this time I spoke to five different people and they all told me I was crazy that they don't do that type of stuff around here that these people must of been scared to tell me the truth that it's not OK to change these tires I left these people and I just couldn't understand I showed them the paperwork they still didn't care they seem to treat me as if I was crazy and I was making of some type of story these people need to get their people and check this is uncalled for and very unprofessional they turned away money and a good paying customer for future purchases and I will take my money elsewhere horrible business

Horrible! Wait 10 minutes at the register because their do unorganized! Staffing is not accurate and supervisors needed aren't there when you need them. Additionally, management didn't even know how to override and remove an item â€
