Honestly, would not bring my car back here again. Brought my 2011 challenger here for a new front bumper after someone backed into it. They are an Allstate approved collision center, which is why I chose them. After the first pick up after being told the work was completed, I noticed 3 paints spots that were bad, the front bumper had a wave in it, the passenger headlight bumper was claimed to have been replaced but the part was never ordered (insurance fraud had I not caught it since they charged my insurance), clear coat over spray on the passenger quarter panel, and a spot where the new bumper was chipped and the new weather strip was cut. They did end up fixing everything noticed, but had I not noticed, or brought up the issues, they would have passed this off as complete.

Let’s start with this place used to be amazing as a body shop 5⭐️’s
Now not so much my car should have been complete in a week I gave them a month because I was out of town and after 5 weeks it was just getting done
Missing parts , misplaced parts, bad communication. Not very good workmanship at all Jillian is a cool chick and helpful but I believe the problem with her is she’s just so overwhelmed with work
The work being done on my car is all half ass and back work there’s no excuse at all totally sickening ‼️
A/C switch not hooked back up
Skid plate fell off after a few weeks come to find out missing bolts and the ones that were put back in wrong places
They also lost parts to my air intake Hood miss aligned
Just so many small things and you can’t use time pressure as an excuse because you had my car for an extra month than the time predicted 🤮
They went to install the bumper whoops we ordered the wrong bumper sorry you have to wait another week
Paint on my hood started chipping within a month “ sorry it was bad paint “
And talking to others it seems like this is not uncommon at all with others as well
Even talking with x employees they said they expect us to cut corners as often as we can
I own and Audi and would never even consider bring this car or any other car here ever AGAIN ‼️‼️‼️
Steer Clear of this place Sorry Jillian because your a cool chick trying your best

I stopped in a few months ago to inquire about a bumper cover that had developed a tear - and was getting worse. The guy who came out and looked at it said - order the part and I'll put it on for you. He was so friendly and helpful and let me know this would be the cheapest way to fix this. So - I got the part from the KIA dealer and took it over to Capitol. He did it on the spot! And wouldn't take a dime. What a nice guy (KIA wanted almost 300 dollars to put in in!) Really appreciate their generosity and overall vibe. Thanks!

To be honest the work looked really good, and they talked with the insurance company well. I believed everything was good. About two days after I picked up my truck and had a zero dollar invoice I got a phone call saying I still owed money. This is enraging after seeing that I had a zero dollar bill and getting a phone call where I was told I did not have a choice and would have to pay it. If you want my recommendation I would go to a different shop. Phone calls to ask for more money after having a zero dollar invoice kinda feel dirty to me. Also if Geico recommends somewhere for you just pick your own shop. Your wallet will thank you.

I had left front fender and driver's door damage on my 2020 Dodge Charger. After repairs, paint, and detailing it looks like it just left the factory brand new.
Thanks to Jillian, Jose and the techs for a great job. They had the car for eight days, but "you can't rush perfection!"

We had our vehicle towed to Capital Collision to determine if it was fixable and if so what the cost would be. I found that the team, specifically Jillian was incredibly professional and accommodating. They were able to break down the pricing of all the specific repairs so we could make an educated decision. Although we decided to not repair the vehicle, the honesty of the team at Capital Collision allowed us to make the best decision for our household and will certainly utilize them for future needs.
