  As 10/26/23 NO DRIVE THRU due to "staffing issues," meanwhile, there are 10 people in the pharmacy department and 3 people serving the long line inside. WTF? How about one of those people serving the drive thru? I suspect they are trying to bump up their bottom line by forcing the disabled and aged into their store to buy overpriced stuff. I would give zero stars if this allowed me to.

  The last handful of times I've called and asked what time my prescription will be ready they give me a time let's say 4pm. I usually give it 30 extra minutes so at 430 I go to pick up my script and I wait in the long lines they usually have at the window for them to tell me it's not done yet. This has happened not once not twice but 5 times now! GET IT TOGETHER CVS.
