On Friday 8.16, I was charged for gas that I did not receive. I accidentally hopped in my car after prepaying inside $15 worth of gas and purchased a beverage. I was charged $18.71 despite forgetting to pump, my bad there.
I returned same day, expressing this , but despite anything explained, they just repeatedly told me that they can’t give my money back nor can they give me the gas.
Lesson learned, pump my gas and don’t forget!
But also, try elsewhere for any needs.
That’s it!

I've been coming here on and off for 10 plus years. Seems to get worse every single year. They never have basic supplies like milk. Their gas pumps are always out of receipt paper. There's never anybody standing there or around on the gas station side so you have to knock on the back door to get helpLast week there was a few days the station wasn't even open but thankfully Dunkin wasDunkin keeps this place alive.Needs new management

Terrible customer service!! There were 2 ladies on the counter, one of them was super kind, But there was this other one, with a bossy and bad attitude. Wont get back there never again!!

Don't go to Subway during the day! Either you wait 10 mins or more for the lady, she's babysitting, or they don't have bread! The convenience store is out of milk, bread, eggs and cigarettes! Waste of time!

They don't think about their neighbors they really should fix that gas filling hole cover. They should replace it with a rubber one noise travels at night and it's so loud when someone runs over it.

Great prices for gas!! Also has a dunkin inside as well as a place to get fresh made sandwiches. Clean store and friendly staff!

Really need management Over there.This is my neighborhood corner store due to the fact I live in South Windham .The subway is always out of the bread that you want during peak hours as right this minute they have no Italian bread. They also have no Newport 100s so both items I came to the store today I cannot get. It’s very unfortunate due to the fact I spend over $6000 a year here but they were no longer get my cigarette or Subway business I guess $20 a day times 365 is not enough to have the stuff in stock.I can understand isolated incidents but this is a reoccurring theme at the store God for bid you need Dutch Masters haven’t seen those in weeks always the same excuse someone forgot to order.

This dunkin is slow, and doesn't get the order tight half the time. Employees from the gas station and restaurants smoke right outside the door. Its disgusting to have to walk through a cloud of smoke going in and again on the way out.

I would have probably given five stars but...I always seem to get the short round lady (on the clock at 5:30 today 05/29/2020) who is on her cell phone and cares little about taking care of her customers. I'm tired of waitng and listening to her gab in the back room. The two young girls who work there get five stars.
