relatively good service everytime i come. the only complaints i have is parking is very limited due to location.
i've had account and card issues a few times now which is very frustrating and if you need to make a cash withdraw 2000 and up expect to wait over a week to access your money which is a little disappointing.
Other than that no complaints at this time.

I cannot say enough fantastic things about the Willimantic Branch (in the plaza). They are more like family than a business. As I've navigated into adulthood they are there to answer questions about interest rates, cashier's checks, credit cards, and investing. They really care about their customers and even though I live in North Carolina now, I've kept my account open just as a savings. I know I can call anytime.
