So we had a bad experience with this pharmacy for my husbands bipap machine. Once he was prescribed this machine we called several places to get an estimate on what our monthly rental would be, we were told 139 dollars down and 59 dollars a month. We understood we were out of network and had not meet our deductible yet but was still told 59 dollars a month. We Paid our down payment in May didn't get a bill in June and kept calling because we set up automatic payments and was told it would be taken out on the same day every month. In July we received a bill for 249 I called and was told because we hadn't meet our deductible blah blah blah ( and if I couldn't afford it I could always bring it back )ok so then on July 27th got another bill for 239.00 paid that and meet our deductible. August bill came 239 I called asking why the payment didn't go down no one had any answers. I walked in this morning with the machine and said I would like to return it, the lady looked it up and just said ok, I asked if they had an answer on what I will be paying since we meet the deductible and she didn't have an answer and just handed me the paper to sign that I returned it. Never again will I deal with them.

Husband was prescribed a C-Pap machine for sleep apnea. Arrived at MedPharm in Willimantic knowing absolutely nothing and didn't know what to expect. Well the great folks at MedPharm were amazing. We cannot express how wonderful Amanda, the respiratory therapist, was. She was so patient & kind and equally knowledgeable & assuring. She absolutely knew her products inside and out. We cannot thank her enough for the appointment we had with her!

Having left ER in the AM, I was in crisis mode in AM with an acute asthma attack. I needed to buy a nebulizer with Albuterol solution, This had to be coordinated with my primary care doctor. The staff both through the medical department supply and pharmacy were professional and responsive. I was extremely grateful and would return there for future medical needs.

They are taking advantage of the fact that disabled and elderly need these items to live they are way overpriced if you don't have insurance I suggest you don't go here

Recieved a knee scooter, service was fine, but the cost should be criminal. I picked it up and paid a $50 copay on receipt. My insurance was billed $630, the plan allowed $535.10, paid $428.40, leaving me with an additional copay of $107.10 for a total of $107.10 copay! I could have bought the identical scooter on Amazon for $119.99. I understand markups, but $630 for a $119 scooter? Be careful before you buy. I recieved a call from the pharmacy, apparently the problem lies with the insurance company. Moral to the story....look before you buy

Very helpful, my machine wouldn't work when I got home, so I called the next day and brought it back and got another one. Very nice staff.

My husband got his new Cpap in a matter of weeks. No other company I called was able to tell me anything to getting a new Cpap machine. Medical Pharmacy came thru for us. Now hubby can get back to his sleep therapy with his new Airsense 11. Awesome Job. ???⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The worst! They changed my medication without my or my doctors permission. And the owner told me to break in half an ER or extended release tablet in hallf when that voids the role of the slow release and dissolves immediately into my system. They changed 3 other medications without my or my heart doctors permission. I called to complain again for the 3rd time about another change and the owner was RUDE to me and I ended by firing them. Please do not take any of your business here the owners are rude and have 0 concern for the health of the patient.
