I would like to start with I was clueless as to what was fair or a complete ? rip off when it came to having an accountant help you when you messed up with the IRS....but boy did I learn‼️ this Micheal Pallein after agreeing on $1000 as payment last minute he billed me $1700.....when of course asked why his response was not understood in logic and comes off embracing when questioned.... DESPERATE eventually I WENT TO STEVE @ LIBERTY TAX IN NORWICH AND HE DID THE SAME REQUESTED FILING WITH IRS AND COMPLETED THE ENTIRE WORK NEEDED FOR ALL 4YR.S REQUIRED FOR $800! AND HE'S A VERY NICE AND NON-ABRASIVE. MY EXPERIENCE PERIOD
