After calling to inquire about the arrival time for my new tv the manager asked me why I'm getting a new tv when I had just gotten a laptop there too. I replied "I'm sorry but my finances are none of your business". After the manager (Troy) got upset I told him that I would be returning the laptop and canceling the tv. He said ok but before he disconnected the call I could hear him cussing at me to the other employees. I will never shop here again.

Hope you guys finally fired the most disrespectful manager I ever met Troy is so rude it’s unbelievable how did he ever become a manager a man that doesn’t know how to talk to people especially women unbelievable that you as a business let him get away with it and can keep doings it to people Sad and you can see he’s rubbing off on most of the staff they are just as rude. Who wants to spend any money with a business that allows that man to continue to run the show there

I love this Rent-A-Center! Gave me a great biweekly payment, very friendly and helpful and accommodated my difficult needs on a couch making sure I was able to get one that fit thru my doorway and quick! The guys carried up my set and put it together quick and on point

Always a great place to get anything big for a home. With 4 kids, that insurance comes in handy! The last purchase didn't go as well, however. Bought a dining table with chairs and was supposed to get 2 more chairs. Couldn't get answers the entire time we paid for it. Its been paid off for over a year and still missing the 2 chairs.

Troy is so disrespectful he doesn't know how to talk to his customers and that's why people don't want to rent from them. In the beginning he was nice and respectful but over the years he became rude and disrespectful
